All the good reviews must be fake!! The stuff don’t understand a simple question and get rude so quickly even when they clearly wrong. I literally just asked if the CROISSANT almond on top had chocolate inside and the lady said yes and bring ma PAIN OU CHOCOLATE. I tell her nicely I asked for the croissants and she didn’t know the difference. I thought whatever. I start to eat and the filling is cream not chocolate. At this point I said again NICELY to another waiter and he get nervous saying where is the problem? YOU DON’T LIKE CREAM? He ask about the coffee and I had to admit it tasted like burned!! He take everything off me and come back with a different pain ou chocolate now no almonds. The order became complitely different of my first request so now is not pleasant for me anymore to eat. He asked what was wrong with the first other as I didn’t tried to explain to him in first place. I had to ask to let me explain nicely because he was only provocative since the beginning and scaring. I have been coming here for the past 5-6 years with friends and family. I always love the service and the two gentlemen who work are very kind and friendly. They have recently taken in a new waitress, a woman, who has horrible customer service, is very rude and lazy. I came in one day and none of the gentleman were working, as soon as I came in she said ‘the chef is not in so the kitchen is closed’, so I asked to have the quiche (the prepared quiche that sits behind the glass). After that she said again ‘the chef is not in’ and I said arent you just going to microwave it (like we’re stupid?), and she must’ve got annoyed at me and this time said she will put it in takeaway bag. She was basically lazy to even microwave something and put it on a plate while the cafe was empty. Of course I left the cafe because she made me feel so unwelcomed. More recently, I ordered a sandwich, she brought the wrong one, and when I kindly said this isn’t what I ordered, she said ‘cant you just have this?’. My mother and I decided to visit this café today after we saw that it sold gluten-free cakes in the window.

I had the gluten-free coconut and chocolate cake, which was delicious if a bit dry. My mother had the gluten-free Ferrero Rocher-style cake. We both had the decaf mocha with coconut milk.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, especially the one who told my mother about all the gluten-free items they sold.

Although the tables are close together, I liked the decor, especially framed pictures of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Arc de Triomphe.
