Ordered a take away this evening and overall the food was cooked poorly and not worth the £37 odd pounds we paid:-

-Papaya salad was bland and just sweet with zero spice. -Fish cakes were overcooked and hard seemed these were from frozen. -Grilled chicken was okay but for the price was not worth it. Our local Indian charges less for grilled chicken and you get half a chicken! -beef stir fry tasted fine with good balance of flavour maybe slight critic on cut of beef used which was tough. -rice came stale, yellow and smelt horrid - while we called to discuss this they have asked us to return this and await a replacement. We did highlight waiting for a replacement rice would mean the food would go cold however as they already got paid they didn't care.

The replacement rice was slightly under cooked with the odd hard bits.

Like the previous owners might be worth them selling this up and see if a better restauranteur can save this ever failing restaurant.

I certainly wouldn't order from this place again nor would I go to this...

Ordered my delivery at 1945hrs and received confirmation that it would be delivered around 2045hrs.

Received a text at 2045hrs stating my delivery was on route, I live less that 10 minutes away. Called restaurant at 2100hrs as delivery not received and was told to expect a call back shortly once they ascertained where my order was.

Received a call back at 2105hrs apologising that my order had gone missing? Was offered to have the meal cooked and dispatched within 10 minutes a.d with me within 20 minutes... by way of apology I was offered a 10% discount off my next order which enraged me! Not only have I already been waiting 80 minutes for my food the restaurant seemed it only worth a 10% discount.

If they had offered my meal for free by way of apology I would have still been annoyed as I am hungry, however the offered discount is insulting.

Not sure how they run a business with customer...

Over prices,10£for one small glass of Bourbon Whiskey coke,(1.50 £ for little amount of coke that mixed in the glass )the waitress didn’t know what Bourbon whiskey meant ,charged double, Friend ordered coffee ,the waitress said No milk for coffee,my friend gone out to buy milk and give it to them, Green curry very sweet.Papaya Salad had 90%of carrot in it papaya 10%,, Food not came together ,one friend got to wait until others nearly finish their food,so he can eat. I am Thai and I’m not really expecting anything so originally authentic anyway when I’m traveling , When I asked her what should I ordered for something taste closely to Thai, she said not really ,it’s made for...

One of the best things about going to a Thai restaurant is getting to experience the warmth of the Thai culture. I felt totally let down by the woman (owner) who refused to speak Thai - when I came in and greeted her in Thai, when I thanked her in Thai - nothing. I thought it was just me, until I heard her warmly greeting a man who came in, in Thai, from across the restaurant. 😅 So just me then. The papaya salad was mostly lettuce and carrot, but it was perfectly flavoured and delicious, so a 4 rather than a 3. A beautiful restaurant, but how I wish it had the true essence of Thailand, because that’s what really makes it worth eating in for.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Options for vegans and great accommodating staff, I love coming here and it's probably the best thai I've ever had! I love the vegetarian starter platter, yellow curry and the broccoli dishes so much.

Tasty Thai food with warming hospitality to match! Definitely recommend the hot & sour soup to start, followed by broccoli and mixed vegetables to accompany Drunken Beef with Jasmine rice. A wonderful evening in Hampton Hill!
