We enjoyed an excellent Indulge Dining experience on New Year’s Eve 2024. The quality of cooking was exceptional, and the finishing instructions for each course were first class. Consequently, each dish looked and tasted delicious. Having done our research, we were confident that we would be enjoying some good food. The end result was not just good, it was exceptional. Indulge Dining is innovative, clever, and exceedingly skilful. The chef behind this Company is highly talented and has a clear focus on delivering a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Finally, we found Indulge Dining to be very professionally managed from order taking to delivery. We appreciated an excellent level of communication at each key step of the process, in terms of both timeliness and clarity. There was no ambiguity, and consequently there were no unwanted surprises. On July 4, 2021 Andy prepared a private chef meal for a birthday celebration at my home for 15 people. I knew what to expect as I’d tried his meal kit service numerous times. I was extremely pleased with the quality of meal but I knew that would be great, I was astounded at the speed with which he’d brought 15 meals together at the same time in a completely unstressed way. From experience and with instructions I personally could just about cope with 2 sitting at a push 3. But 15, he was super efficient. The presentation was excellent and the food piping hot. Everyone enjoyed the meals, it was not too much but just enough to satisfy the most demanding of appetites. Andy also paired some wines and they too were excellent. I booked Chef Andy for private dining for a special occasion in October. He worked with me to build up a bespoke 9-course menu which pleased every aspect of our palate. He worked with a local winery for paired wines who did an incredible job. The food was amazing from start to finish. I enjoyed how he put mostly the ingredients on the menu, meaning that it was a pleasant surprise when each dish was served, seeing the ingredients come to life on the plate. Andy worked with me in a few other aspects to make the evening work which was very kind of him.
