Terrible Dining Experience – Avoid at All!!!
I recently ordered what I thought would be a delicious meal, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The food was completely inedible, and the presentation was horrendous.
-Pancakes and Fruits: The pancakes were slathered with a questionable chocolate spread, but the real horror was the fruit. The strawberries and blueberries were clearly expired, with a foul smell and mushy texture. It was obvious they had gone bad long before they were served. The packaging was also a mess, with syrup and chocolate smeared everywhere.
Omelette and Toast: The omelette was overcooked, rubbery, and simply unappetizing. The toast was cold and stale, clearly not fresh. The entire dish was a soggy mess, with the cheese inside the omelette seeping out and sticking to the container. It was impossible to even consider eating it.
Eggs Benedict: This was perhaps the worst part of the meal. The eggs were overcooked, resembling hard-boiled eggs more than the soft, runny poached eggs typical of Eggs Benedict. The sauce was congealed and tasteless, and the accompanying spinach and mushrooms were limp and unseasoned. The dish looked and tasted revolting.
Overall Experience: The food arrived cold, soggy, and burnt in parts. The packaging was dirty, with sauces and liquids leaking everywhere, making the entire experience disgusting from start to finish.
This meal was an absolute disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and your stomach – look elsewhere for...
Read moreMy husband and I had an all day breakfast at this place (the one near Colindale library) last month and we were surprised with the price of it (i.e. cost less) in comparison to other cafes that does similar stuff. Their menu have other variety of meals available - quite a selection.
The waiting staff were lovely, they come round to your table and ask if everything is ok. If you haven't completely finished your meal on your plate, they ask if there was anything wrong with it because they're concerned that you didn't enjoy their food, (but in my case, I was just simply full and could not eat anymore!). During our meal, they brought us complimentary croissant and a blueberry muffin (which we didn't expect). They even brought us glasses of water which we also didn't ask for. My husband and I found these gestures kind of nice.
The dining area itself is clean and adequately spaced out so you can enjoy eating your food comfortably without being too close with other diners.
In summary, I liked it so much that I brought my daughter here two weeks later for her to try. She loved their Oreo milkshake!
I also recommended this place to my brother in law and my sister because I know they like their breakfast/all day breakfast too so I hope they'll...
Read moreThis was the worst quality breakfast i’ve eaten, food tasted like it was cooked in the microwave.
We ordered the pancake breakfast with scrambled eggs, the eggs were not scrambled, tasted like dirty oil and i found burned pieces of pan grease in the eggs. The pancakes themselves were clearly not made but instead bought from the supermarket which was very disappointing as it tasted like cardboard. The pancake breakfast also included sausages and bacon, both which were undercooked. The bacon was 40% fat and barely any meat, such poor quality.
The most shocking part was the state of the condiments. The salt and pepper was dirty and they could not even be bothered to decant it into a better looking shaker. The ketchup was Asda own brand and the bottle was filthy. I’ve never seen a restaurant serve supermarket own brand ketchup which is ridiculous.
This establishment feels like a community kitchen, not a proper restaurant. The exterior and branding of the restaurant majorly contradicts the poor quality of the food, i feel like we were catfished into eating here. Not worth it unless you’re desperate for food or a broke...
