For the past 25 years, Jaws Fish & Chips has been a staple in my life, and it never disappoints. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly fried fish—a scent that brings back memories of countless satisfying meals.

The fish is always perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just as it has been since I first started coming here. Whether it's the classic cod or the haddock, you can taste the quality and care that goes into each bite. The chips are equally fantastic—golden, fluffy, and the perfect accompaniment to the fish.

What really sets Jaws apart is their consistency. After all these years, the food is just as delicious as it was when I first visited. It’s clear that they’ve stayed true to what makes them great, and that’s why I keep coming back.

The friendly service is another reason I love this place. The staff always welcome you with a smile, and many of them have been there as long as I can remember. They make every visit feel like coming home.

New to the area, and knowing no better, I decided to have some chips to go with my dinner. BIG MISTAKE !! Was ignored by the staff was the 1st hint I should have walked away, but no I stayed and that was my 2nd mistake. My 3rd mistake was actually paying for the dried up chips of WOOD I opened up when I got home. I think these had been in the warming cabinet for approximately 3 days !!! I hope their Chinese is better than their English food. Won't be going there...

Ordered a sweet and sour chicken with boiled rice. The sweet &sour chicken was soggy and the sauce , watery. Did not meet my expectations. Also had chips from this takeaway in the past which were crispy, dry, shriveled and appeared to have been stored for hours before being re-fried. Will be not be buying a takeaway from this place again. It seems they put profit before quality. I had to throw away the chips and the sweet and sour chicken with rice. Total...
