I first went to Jeffersons on 06.07.21 and I was so surprised at how much I enjoyed my visit. I was served by a really kind staff member (I later emailed in and was told it was Sam) and loved the coconut bounty bar ice cream that was recommended to me. Service was quick and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.

I came back for a second visit on 11.08.21 and this time was served by Anika. She was friendly and vibrant, and recommended I try a signature. And it did not disappoint! She made it right away so I didn't have to wait long. I chose the Balham Beach ice cream (which came with pretzels and an oil injection) which looked almost too beautiful to eat (but of course, tasted DIVINE). I didn't realise they had a garden here, but I sat outside and it was decorated so nicely with palm trees (to match my Beach ice cream!).

Both times I have been to Jeffersons, I have left feeling really positive. The smiley staff, fun atmosphere, and delicious ice cream makes a great trip out. Not only that, but I emailed my gratitude to the restaurant and got a really sincere and warm response.

My only minor negative point is the website menu, which doesn't state flavours or combinations (just photos), and the ordering process can be a bit confusing, but don't let this deter you from visiting as the staff are really helpful with their menu! I will definitely be back to try a waffle soon!

Went with kids, grabbed a coffee for me and waffles for them (dine in). It’s a shame that I only tried them at the end, but to me those waffles tasted like they were raw inside. Since that was at the end and they almost finished it, I didn’t complain, as I know that staff would think that I’m trying to get them for free or to get some heavy discount on it, but I will think twice of getting waffles at your place (maybe you should rethink baking/making times?) I scored down your staff as well, because as soon as it gets busy for them, it looks like they’re lost a bit. I didn’t also appreciate the fact that someone’s got her coffee first, while I was buying before that person.
