After pouring rain this evening, I went inside this restaurant and asked for a tea while waiting for my boyfriend to join me. First of all, I would like to share the lack of customer service the staff showed, stafft, the lady there did not even greet me or was pleasant to talk to. When she learned that I wanted just a tea for that moment, she stated " ok, but this is a restaurant" kind of letting me know that my petition was not valid as it was only a tea. What she did not know is that my boyfriend and I were going to eat later at that restaurant and I was just waiting for him to arrive.

Receiving this type of service made realised why the restaurant was completely empty to begin with. I hope that they learn from this review and do not provide such a poor service to other customers in the future specially when it is raining and cold outside.

I would have rating them 0 stars but I was not able to. But definetely, it is not a restaurant that I would come and spend my money on.

You have just come across one of the best turkish restaurants in London. The service is excellent. Really friendly and fast service.

The star of the restaurant is Levan the head chef. The restaurant specialises in meat and Levan is very skilled on the grill.

We tried some hummus and the mixed grill for 4. The food was plentyful and delicious. Everything was very fresh and succulent. The lamb chops and lamb shish were particularly good. Considering the portion provided I think £49 is very reasonable.

They have plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside as well. The atmosphere is relaxed with the staff smiling and attentive.
