Kaspa's Ilford — Restaurant in London

I would have given 0 stars had there been an option. Ordered on ubereats after deliberating whether I should go directly and pick it up. Only decided to have it delivered due to 25% discount which then amounted to not much of a difference as service charge was ridiculous. The food arrived after watching the driver, drive around in circles for about 25 minutes. When the food arrived the driver said he had dropped wrong orders off elsewhere and had to go back to the restaurant. After opening my order, firstly the cookie dough looked like a pile of DOG MESS, and the rest of the order was MISSING. This is the FIRST AND LAST time that I will order from Kaspas. The customers services at KASPAS, once I called them was AWFUL. The guy on the phone- Yusuf was RUDE and basically said that it was the drivers fault!!! He had to be told that the uber driver only DELIVERS food and NOT make the food or put the order together. WHAT A SHAMBLES. Good luck to everyone else that...

I visited the green lane Ilford branch. Ordered 4 crepes. Seemed like mayhem in the shop. Not attractive to look at at all. The lady at the till asked someone to take out Order in a foreign language. She didn’t appear for a few minutes. When we received our order. We had a look and had 3 boxes, had ordered for. We mentioned this to the staff and had 3 people replying to our query. Upon reaching home. We asked for white chocolate with strawberry., received milk chocolate with strawberries. The 2nd one was milk chocolate. Upon opening this is was a mess not appealing at all. The 3rd was probably the 1 half decent. But all 3 looked uncooked, not presented well all. Having read the previous reviews I wish I had read them before I went to this branch. I visited the Ipswich branch for the first time and really liked it so I thought I will visit my local branch ilford, big mistake! I ordered the Oreo cookie milk cake, pistachio brownie and the bueno chimney cake. The milk cake was half hot and half cold. It’s the first time I have ever had a warm milk cake and don’t like it. The pistachio brownie was okayish tbf. The chimney cake tastes like an out of date croissant . It was soo hard I had to use my hand to rip it apart. But my biggest disappointment was they served the 3 deserts over a period of 30 mins, one every 10 mins. So strange! I get that this area is a desi community so it’s relaxed but if you’re going to be charging upto £12 per desert you need to be offering that service and consistency of bringing the food...
