KFC Colindale - The Hyde — Restaurant in London

I usually go to this branch for kfc since it is the closest to me and on two occasions I have received bad experiences. The first occasion was through the drive through and I waited about 10 mins after I received my order and I waited to ask for salt and an extra straw, when I screamed and shouted to get the staffs attention, I got no response except for one staff member- a man laughing at me and walking off so I had to get out of the car to then get someone’s attention, to then be told “we don’t have salt and no sauces”, I was annoyed because at least the staff could’ve asked if I needed anything else. The second occasion I ordered inside rather than drive through. When I ordered the lady who served me was trying to multitask and make my order which was left in the same place for about 15 mins until another member of staff made the entire order from scratch after dealing with a big order. The lady who started my order however, just disappeared. There was also a lady picking at the chips behind the counter thinking no one can see. The chips were ready for CUSTOMERS yet she picked one up like she owns the place - who was the same lady who said they didn’t have any salt. This place can’t handle a fast pace environment and shouldn’t have certain people with a job if they’re picking at the food which is unhygienic. KFC UK NEED TO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THIS BRANCH

This kfc branch continues to amazing me with how poor it can be ! this is Michaela she like to say she’s the branch manager therefore she should be responsible for the poor hygiene the low quality food & the bad attitude the staff project to the customers. Unfortunately she has the worst of all the staff attitudes. I had ordered a meal that comes with a drink, I have an allergy to artificial sweetener and all of the dispensary drinks have artificial sweetener the 2 that don’t have artificial sweetener where out of stock (surprise). The guy said we have water and pointed to the fridge where I noticed stack of cans plz see in the pic, so I said (thinking it solved our problem) you can give me a can I will let me child drink it when I go home, she refused and said they are only for delivery, well her words where NO ! ITS FOR DELIVERY ONLY THIS ONE and then continued to tell me no one is forcing me to come to KFC ! So I had the choice of no drink or water and I don’t pay for water so I left the restaurant and went to McDonalds where believe it or not the branch is run correctly it’s clean it’s doesn’t smell like a toilet as kfc Colindale does literally smell of damp and sewarge and everything was available to purchase !! This KFC delivers to the nearby areas.(The delivery is packed by the same staff that serves at the standard tills too. There isn't extra staff to cater to the requirement. Hence the queues are long and there is an avarage 1/2 hour of wait to place the order. The parking outside,although for KFC customers, is not owned by KFC. The allowance to park ones car here is 90 minutes. Thereafter one has to prepare for the penalty charge. The staff is unable to answer any questions regarding the same. The wait un the queue and getting the order done takes very long and you cannot enjoy your meal as well as a desert or sone other hot beverage at the end. Extremely frustrating!!! The area isn't kept clean. The toilets are forever poorly maintained. Not very long ago it used to be a reasonable place .Now it is just a challenge. The service is sliw and the overwhelmed staff tends to put everything in the tray like 2 customers vefore me didnt get their gravy(I didnt either). So I had to leave my food and request for it, hesitatingly as the onlookers were equally frustrated. I am a regular customer here as it serves Halal. The quality of food hasn't dropped though. Beware of the parking time. This isn't a place for a quick bite anymore, especially over the weekends...
