KFC East Finchley - High Road — Restaurant in London

I've been to this outlet a few times now on the way back from visiting the local cemetery but the chicken that was given to me today should have been thrown away by the manager who in fact served me. I bought a 10 piece bargain bucket but when I got home, I could not believe my eyes. The colour of the chicken piece were dark brown, and dry All 10 pieces and not the usual golden brown and succulent. It had either been reheated from the day, before eventhough I picked up the order about 14.00 or cooked in old frying oil. This KFC branch obviously hasn't learnt from reading previous customers reviews stating the same issue. Also there was no salt and pepper in the packet as per usual. I won't be using this KFC again and instead drive further down to the Archway...

I only had 45 mins for lunch, this kfc had at least 5 delivery drivers in there who were not social distancing and just chatting and laughing in a group, very off putting.. because of this I had to wait outside, eventually I managed to get served but I was then waiting for about 10-15 mins for my food even though the place was now almost empty. When I finally got my food they gave me the wrong size meal, because of the time I had to accept it, then when I was driving back to work I realised they had left out 1 of the main parts of my food, a tub of chicken that I had paid for... I had no time left for lunch and the kfc ended up sitting in the car for hours and then into the bin.. This is the first and last time I would ever use this branch. Thanks alot...

Where do I start. I came here to get a boneless banquet meal, I asked for a large and got a medium meal. Then once receiving my change I had got a 50 pence that was from 1969 and unfortunately can not use this again so I am out of pocket twice now.

Once I received my food I asked for beans as a side and believe me when I say, I received a pot of just the bean sauce with not a bean in sight. This was like they used a colander and put the sauce in a pot.

I than only received one bit of chicken witch was freezing cold. So now I am missing chicken.

Packaging was awful, they did not put it in a box and all was just flying about in a big bag.

You need to fix up and I will not be...
