KFC Wallington — Restaurant in London

Most KFC's suffer from the usual 'when its busy the staff dont clean, they aren't very helpful and they don't try and give you the best deal on what you do or could order' e.g. if you could save money by ordering a family feast instead of just chicken and fries. Well tonight the 31st Jan 2020, this store did very well indeed. I could see they were constantly busy, yet people were being served promptly and the place was constantly being cleaned. My server Mia was very helpful and even suggested extras and a different combination to save me a couple of pounds. I ended up ordering 10 piece Family Feast with extra Chicken, LG chicken pops, 16 hot wings, with gravy and coleslaw. They even gave me the selection of chicken I requested and as usual I think the chicken tastes great (as well as everything else i ordered) Nothing was overcooked and despite the fact i don't normally like the new style Fries, these were hot and fresh. Overall tonight's service was exemplary and it was nice to be treated well in a clean bright environment. Wallington, KFC may be small, but far better that other stores I've been to...I rate this a 5 tonight compared to say a 2.5 for Rose Hill in Sutton branch or a 3.5 at Redhill, Surrey branch, or a 4.5 in Crawley, West Sussex. I've had a 3 peice meal several times and I've been given old crunchy chicken,the Pepsi max cherry was watery .along with no salt clean up tissue and napkins Not happy.. On a better note the burgers (tower fillet burger) was really nice.. Maybe I came in at the wrong time of day as one time I was given(along with my 3 piece, 7 clean up tissues 8 salts and 5 napkins really weird..no consistency, just had another 3 peice and it was very nice, the Pepsi max cherry was still watery, as for the chicken, fries, as said it probably depends on the time when you order...At last the latest 3 piece meal with Pepsi max cherry was absolutely delicious, keep it up x The wrap of the day is really puzzling to me as in rosehill KFC toast the wrap and serve fresh soft and tasty chicken and wraps yet Wallington don't toast the wrap and always serve me hard chewy older...

Ordered from Just eat and order never arrived. When we rang KFC they mentioned their responsibility is over once driver collects the order and that they do not have any contact with driver once food leaves their premises. Raised the concern with Just eat who say KFC confirms that driver delivered food to correct address as code was correct. Really? If their responsibility is over once food leaves their premises and they couldn’t connect us to the driver how were they able to confirm to Just eat that the driver received the correct code? This is ridiculous, just eat and KFC left us waiting for food which never arrived neither did JUST EAT refund our order.
