AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY IN FELTHAM....FOOD IS STALE A D READING THE REVIEWS..MOSTLY 1* TELLS YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW....IF ORDERING A KEBAB GO TO CYPRUS GRILL OR ANITOLIA IN ASHFORD.....FOOD IS AMAZING,FRESH AND GAURENTEE DELIVEY AT THE TIME YOU WANT.....KING KEBAB...."what a laugh"...go to the ones I've stated...unreal service,fresh and always never let you down.........🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Thats rubbish....I placed the order at around 8pm for 10pm....then told 10:20...10:30..10:40...when I rang you answered but said you were closed and waiting still for a driver to deliver. .You NEVER said you would deliver personally and Chertsey isn't far from you at all!!!! You have delivered here before.. .worst of all I got charged £19:25 from you and no food....that's disgusting and theft and I'm taking legal action about this...you resturants n just eat etc are all on the same side and must make a fortune by not delivering food...as I know this is not the first time this has happened according people who contacted me on Trustpilot....Hope you sleep well....knowing your doing this!!!!

Do not order from this place....I ordered from here via just eat. Placed an order at 8pm for delivery for 10pm....on the app it stated 10:30..../ then 10:40....then 10:50?? Called the restaurant who were rude and said we are waiting for a driver???? No apologies...disgusting service..I've ordered before but never again...they don't give a crap about their customers....but what can you expect from a kebab shop in Feltham.....PLEASE AVOID......THIR FOOD ISNT FRESH AND SERVICE IS CRAP!!! I ordered a king size special and I was very disappointed with the portion size, the way they cooked it, the price and the wrong sauces when collected it. I explicitly told the person over the phone that I don’t want it overcooked or dry as I previously experienced this. He confirmed that it would not be over cooked. I also ordered two garlic sauces and no chilli which is my usual order. When I collected it there was not only garlic sauce, they rather put one chilli and one Mayonnaise. The lamb shish, chicken shish and Kofteh was very dry and burned. The lamb was spicy and had a weird texture which I believe they used meat tender. The price keeps going up and size has has shrunken. They put only one piece of mushroom and less of doners. However, the chicken and lamb doner was still fresh and tasted the same.

Honestly the worst experience I ever had with a place.

1. We received no cutlery even thought we asked for some

2. The food was too salty and badly packed. The food was all on top of one another.

3. We received no coke and phoned them but their reaction was so rude and unprofessional. The man started saying "Oh my God" when my mother asked what to do for a second time. Worst staff ever.
