Kings Peri Peri — Restaurant in London

The 1 star review is because of the lady serving me at EastHam branch, I’ve got 3 meals and only to be told that I’m not allowed any sauce with my meals only one 1 small tub, was bit confused by her comment and how she spoken about it, I asked politely can you please explain how does that make sense when I’ve got 3 individual meals there’s 3 people eating not all for my self 🤨so I should be able to get 3 takeaway sauces isn’t i? I’m not asking for extra amounts just give me the amount which is due with my 3 meals, I didn’t get her logic what she was saying,as only one sauce is allowed because that’s what owners has told all the staff give only one sauce per customer and pointed towards as sign saying £0.30 for extra sauce I said right that still doesn’t make sense because I’ve got 3 different people meals so that’s three different customers right? Ordering in person: The staff there seem like they don't want to work there but get paid for giving a poor customer service, they are very slow at taking orders and preparing your orders takes triple the time. They don't take orders from customer in a queue system, it's who ever pushes to the counter first and even then once there was kids at the front of the counter they didn't take their orders until probably 6 customers, I felt sorry for them and had to point out that they were waiting.. (just because they were not brave enough to speak up)

Telephone orders: you place your orders and go to the shop 20mins later who then start making your order from that point.

Food: the food is decent, the flavours of the periperi sauce on the chicken is good for the area as there isn't a competition there, there fried chicken and wings also have there own taste.

Overall the staff needs changing as that's what puts the shop really down and it makes you not want...

I’ve gone here many of times and used to absolutely love this place however lately the staff have changed and they’re absolutely disrespectful and most of them can barely understand English which I think is disgraceful. They were rude to me as a polite paying customer, had a lot of attitude and did not listen to a word I said I have gone here and received pink chicken which was disgusting which they were denying it until a man I have seen in there plenty of times and got along with (he’s unfortunately gone now) saw it and gave me my money back as he knew it was pink it was my last resort of a food place but I wouldn’t even use it as a last resort.
