Incredibly disappointed by not only the lack of service, but the attitude of the supposed chefs of this restaurant.

Before I start, I would like to say that the starters we ordered were very nice. We ordered the creamy wings, habernero wings, Korean wings, prawn tempura and dynamite prawns. All were delicious and we really enjoyed them.

The problem came with the mains. Firstly, we were a group of 15, with children. We asked for a full roast chicken to arrive at the same time as the starters, the waitress acknowledged and assured us that the roast chicken would arrive quickly because it was for the children. One positive note is that they did, eventually, give 4 chicken legs instead of chicken breast. We waited over 1 hour for the chicken to arrive, by which point the children were starving and the adults notably upset.

Secondly, the starters came out in good time. However, after finishing the starters we waited for over an hour for our mains to arrive. We had ordered 2 sirloin steaks, one medium well and the other well done. A chicken burger meal that was recommended by the waitstaff and a lamb shank that came with rice and potatoes. The steak that arrived was not only inedible, it was also lukewarm. The waitstaff used the excuse of letting the steak 'rest'. We have been to so many restaurants over the years, this is the first time I've heard of letting a steak rest for so long that it becomes slightly warm to the touch and no longer hot. My verdict is, they made the steak and then forgot we had ordered it and ended up trying to reheat it or something because it was incredibly chewy and difficult to cut. Probably the worst steak I've ever had.

Thirdly, the burger was slightly cold, which is why I think they forgot about us. The cheese they put on top had not melted at all. When returned, a chef or staff member came out and informed us that the burger is fine but it was the bun that was not hot. When we looked at it, the cheese had bubbled and solidified onto the burger patty which was very off putting. As in, the cheap American cheese slice had blistered... Not melted. As if it was put into a microwave for far too long.

Both steaks were returned, alongside the burger. The lamb shank, on the other hand, was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed.

To end the meal, we were given the receipt with not only gratuity added on but one of the steak meals still on it. We were given the excuse of they took one off they can't take another off. We refused and said not only will we not be paying gratuity, we're not paying for a meal we did not eat. Both were finally taken off.

There needs to be some definite changes to not only the attitude of the servers, who became quite hostile, but also the quality of the food. £20 for a sirloin with sides sounded like a steal, I'm now doubting whether it was even a sirloin...

I recently visited this restaurant with my 3-year-old child, who wasn’t feeling well and needed a nap. Due to limited space, she rested on an empty bench. When food arrived, I attempted to confirm it was okay to eat there, but one of the waiters insisted we move, waking my toddler despite several empty tables. The staff showed little compassion and prioritized rules over customer comfort, which significantly impacted our experience.

Regarding the food, we ordered a £65 platter multiple times, sides, and lamb shank. While the chicken wings were excellent (9/10) and some items decent, the lamb chops were burnt, chewy, and not enjoyable. Basic requests, such as sauces and fruit for a child, were handled poorly, and service for tap water and other requests was slow.

The restaurant has potential, with nice decor and a prayer space, but loud music and inattentive, uncompassionate staff make it less suitable for families. Overall, while certain dishes were good, the service and family-friendliness significantly detracted from the experience. Hope you can be extra nice to the next family after reading my review especially when they have babies as it is really hard for parents already and they don't need waiters to be making it harder instead of being supportive. If the waiter even replied like a normal person when I said if they need the table I can move as I totally understand business but he just ignored me.i wish I checked his name as I would've put it here for sure as I am still thinking if he was the manager or just a normal waiter.

Just responding to the owner or whoever handles the Google reviews. When anyone orders lamb chops they do not want it burnt especially considering how expensive they are....... If it's black on parts the chef shouldn't serve it or give them as extras as it is burnt. I didn't know I am meant to tell restaurants not to burn lamb chops when ordering it and if you responded properly to what I said about having to be moved even though there were so many empty tables and you say the staff are extra nice but this clearly didn't happen. I have been to many restaurants and usually waiters are child friendly and smile and talk and say do you need anything for the kids etc... but this was the complete opposite. Yes your right foodwise this isn't 1 star apart from the lamb chops everything was okay but my experience was 1 star and even now you still didn't explain why it bothered the waiter enough to ask me to wake a child who wasn't even doing anything on any empty booth. Power trip waiters it seems so this is definitely worthy of 1 star. If you see I gave 3 for food and atmosphere and 1 for service which caused everything to go down. I would've definitely came back with my friends as it looked nice if the experience...

Location is ok, if you go during the day or weekday, when all the other shops are open, know that the rush to get out of their is manic!

I went with a group of friends. Their booking system is unorganised, they couldn't find our booking, luckily we had taken a screenshot. Once the first of us had arrived and got seated, when the rest of us walked in and gave the reservation name and said our friend is already seated, they looked confused.

We ordered promptly as we knew there seemed to be a time limit for parking, and they said no more than 90mins at the restaurant. We ordered dynamite prawns, which were lovely and had a good kick, the bbq wings were nice too, the curries were ok, I didn't really know what to expect but decent. The lamb shank was OK, nothing special, and lacked flavour however, the gravy around it was nice. We also had a fish dish and the overall consensus of the group was that it was the nicest of all the dishes we ordered, sadly I don't eat fish so I can't give a genuine feedback.

As I said, we ordered promptly, the starters came out fast, very promising, sadly though the drinks came out almost an hour after we had arrived, we ordered in the first 10mins. There was no offer of water or juice or apology for the inconvenience. We made it clear that our drinks still haven't come out and asked for water, the waiter rolled his eyes!!!! How dare he!!! We were very vocal about this behaviour! The drinks appeared finally, at this point the waiter seemed quite hacked off for having to bring us drinks when we ordered an hour ago?! We then had another wait for our food, once it arrived it all seemed well (the food was delivered to the table by a different waiter who had much better manners) until the chips, there was a funny taste of old oil and spoiled potatoes, they brought out a second batch at the point of us paying as we'd not eaten the chips. They tasted awful, don't know what it was?! By this time the first waiter had changed his tone and was being more polite and offering complementary drinks? We, I, was ready to leave! Not sure I'll be recommending or returning for another visit.

If you're after straight-up bengoli sylheti food, go for it. Dishes are OK. Service could be WAAAYYY better as another waiter didn't seem too pleased having to take a few pics for the customers, never experienced such rudeness from waiters at a restaurant! Tbh it spoilt my mood!

I always say...if you don't like your job, get another job! Especially, when's there no...

The good - Lovely decor and setting. We were celebrating a birthday and they presented the cake with dry ice which was really nice. They do not add service charge to the bill - giving customers the option to tip if they want. They offer tap water for the table with ice so no need to order drinks if you don't want. The bad - As a group of eight we ordered a few different items however nothing was amazing. The firecracker mix grill was very disappointing - firstly all of the meat was smothered in one sauce which we were not keen on. The chicken tikka was dry and no flavour on the inside. Kebab was awful tasting - probably the worst we've had. The chop was small and meat was very tough otherwise would have been good. The quarter chicken (leg) was cooked very well, it was very soft and by far the best thing in the mix grill The Bombay blast (meat) curry is supposed to be cooked in naga spice, I could barely taste any spice let alone naga. Nevertheless I liked the flavour and did enjoy it with a chilli . On the downside the portion was a bit small and definitely can't be shared. The Creamy Dynamo wings were not cooked well - the outer layer was rubbery and inside was not soft as expected. I'm wondering if these are just pre cooked frozen wings they have just dished out? The Mango delight drink was awful - tastless and watery and cost £6.95! Really should have sent it back! Meat and Khodu had good flavour but the khodu was unfortunarely not cooked through properly. Biriyani and daal were good. Peshwari naan was lovely! My son really enjoyed the cheese naan. The staff were nice and professional however service was a bit slow. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins for our table. We also waited about 20 minutes for the bill - but we were seated out of eyesight near the toilets. Overall although we were not blown away by anything, it wasn't a bad experience. I would rate it 3.5 stars as the food is not quite 4 stars for me. I would probably return for the curry but not in a hurry as it's not value for money. Total bill - £145.04 for eight people.

I've been hearing about this place for a while now and how good it is, so I thought to give it a try. Booked for 6.30pm for 11 people with kids but didn't get seated to a table until 7 pm, and it was more than half empty, so it's not a great start. Finally, we got seated in the side room behind the curtains on the side. The restaurant was nice and clean, nice and comfy seats but the toilets are disgusting for a place like this. We had different types of cutlery on the table, and it just felt that they were lacking in quality. We were ready to order after 20 minutes, but the staff was just walking around and had to be called to come and take our order. We ordered a few different dishes, as there were 11 of us. The food came quickly, which is always good, but it all came out at different times, so some of them were waiting for the main meal while others had already started. Very unorganised. We were very disappointed as one of the starters was raw and undercooked, and you could see blood, but otherwise, the rest of the food was fine. Overall the food was not bad but the prices are very expensive for what you get. Thank you to the staff for the birthday cake and music very much appreciated. In the end, we got our bill, and they added gratuity by default. So I questioned them why, and the reply was because you sat in the side behind the curtains. We did not request to be seated there while there were plenty of other seats available, but in the end, they did minus some of the gratuity, but we still paid some. Maybe you need to advise customers before seating them down that there is extra charge. I'm not sure if I'll go back, but I may try once they have made some changes in the future. There is plenty of free parking, which is always an advantage.
