We recently had the pleasure of discovering a true morning bliss at Korto, nestled in the charming neighbourhood of Muswell Hill, London. Situated at 126 Alexandra Park Rd, this brunch spot stole our heart with its inviting atmosphere and delectable menu. Join us as we share our delightful experience and highlight the must-try dishes:

🍳 Shakshuka - Baked Egg Tagine, Tomato, Feta, Fresh Oregano, Toasted Sourdough: Korto’s rendition of this Mediterranean classic is a masterpiece. The perfectly baked eggs immersed in a rich tomato sauce, adorned with tangy feta and the aromatic touch of fresh oregano, make a great combination!

🌮 [OUR FAVOURITE] Huevos Rancheros - Roasted Pitta Bread, Avocado, Two Fried Eggs, and Korto Salsa: Spice up your brunch experience with this Mexican-inspired delight. The combination of roasted pitta bread, creamy avocado, perfectly fried eggs, and Korto’s outstanding salsa is a flavour explosion.

🌱 Korto Vegetarian Breakfast with Halloumi: Vegetarian brunch lovers this wholesome plate features a generous serving of halloumi alongside a number of flavourful components. From creamy avocado to perfectly seasoned grilled vegetables, every bite is a celebration of freshness and flavour.

🥞 Waffle French Toast with Fried Egg: A sweet and savoury symphony! Korto’s take on French toast, with its fluffy waffle base, is a delightful twist. The addition of a perfectly fried egg creates a harmonious contrast, making this dish a brunch sensation.

☕️ Oat Latte: The morning isn’t complete without a perfect cup of Fireheart Coffee which hand-roasted on the Korto premises with its smooth and creamy texture.

🌼 Turmeric Latte: For a soothing and invigorating beverage, the turmeric latte at Korto is a must-try.

Thank you, Korto London, for a memorable brunch experience. It’s a true gem in the London...

Nice vibe and good food but misleading menu and high prices which meant I was very disappointed with what I ordered - it was avocado on toast with various other items listed (olive tapenade, dried tomatoes etc) including salad, and the price (£12.50) indicated to me that this would be a meal. One of the reasons I ordered it was that it came with salad - and what arrived on my plate was one piece of toast with avocado on top and a few decorations under, in and over the avocado. When I queried it the waitress, who seemed timid and unwilling to engage, perhaps due to language issues, told me the garnish was the salad (which wasn't even enough to classify as a garnish, a few tiny leaves). I said 'that's not salad', to which she didn't respond and just walked away. It tasted good but I was extremely disappointed and annoyed as I'd wanted a proper meal and it was expensive for what I got so I didn't want to spend more money on more food. I told the guy at the till and he agreed the menu suggested it was with salad. He took the service charge off the bill which I certainly wouldn't have paid anyway. If I go again in future once I've got over my annoyance I'll...

My wife and I popped in here on a rainy Saturday morning to check out the brunch menu. From the moment you arrive, the vibe of Korto will leave you feeling relaxed. The cozy décor and friendly staff were extremely accomodating to our needs (having a pram and a 3-month old requires a bit of extra space). Tee, one of the team at front of house, was fantastic, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our meals and drinks.

And let's talk about the food: just marvellous. We both had the Korto breakfast and every item was well cooked and seasoned. The coffee was excellent (so much so, that we ordered another each to take away).

Before we knew it, the quiet surrounds became quite busy, as locals dropped in to fuel up. In spite of the fact that Tee seemed to be the only one delivering meals and drinks to tables, there was no wait for us, and everything arrived in good time. Impeccable and friendly service every step of the way.

I'd highly recommend Korto, especially if you are in the Muswell Hill area. It's a quick walk from the Broadway, and the service and quality will leave you wanting to book in...

The full English breakfast was very good. Plentiful and with good variety, taste, and high-quality ingredients. The coffee, although roasted on site and sourced from a very well-known and liked brand (Fireheart), was made in a very luckstre way. It appeared to have been left on the side for some time as when it arrived, there was no crema and it had turned very acidic. I did ask for a replacement, but it never came, possible due to how busy the place was. I was asked twice if I had a table booking before being offered a window bar seat, which I was more than happy with. 1 lady out of the whole staff team stood out more than the rest with her great attitude and customer service.
