Krispy Kreme Croydon — Restaurant in London

The man on the stall this afternoon 20/10/24 questioned me three times regarding my too good to go order regarding swiping it. I swiped at the till as requested (I’ve used the app many times so know what the protocol is. Happily swiped (showed him) and walked away with my goods. Then had him shouting at me “excuse me” “you haven’t swiped” I said yes I have I showed you at the till and then held my phone out again with him then replying he couldn’t see it. Then showed him AGAIN. Didn’t even get a thank you. How many times do I need to show this???? Does he have something against too good to go?? I’ve used this stall many times and never had an issue before. Maybe training is needed as he was pleasant while first serving me. Or maybe showing you’ve swiped before giving over the foods may...

I visit this store everytime when I go to Croydon as it is a small shop in the centre of the mall opposite to superdrug.
