Went there, we ordered spicy tofu soup and beef yakisoba, the young guy brought us a bowl of rice with the soup, we thought it came with the soup, then he brought us a seafood pancake which we didn't order, so we told him it's probably for the other table. Later on when we asked for the bill, we found out they are charging us for the rice, we said we didn't order that, we thought it came with the soup just like all other Korean restaurants which we went nearby. The owner (who took our order) then came, we thought he'll apologise and take it off the bill, as he should know we didn't order the rice, it was obviously his staff's mistake, but no, he didn't care, he just said, we touched it, so we had to pay for it, and other restaurants increased the price by including the rice but he didn't (that has nothing to do with us...). In the end we didn't wanna argue so we paid, but basically we had to pay for their mistake, that's a very bad customer service!!! The food is not better than other restaurants on the high street, so I'll never ever go back.

New Malden is truly a haven for Korean food lovers!Wandering into this unassuming restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise. Spicy Stir-fried Squid and Pork The squid was wonderfully springy, and the accompanying vegetables were full of flavor. But the real star was the pork — fully marinated and flavoured, packed with heat, and incredibly fragrant. A perfect balance of spicy and savory! Kimchi Pork Tofu Stew Classic dishes are always the best test of a kitchen’s skill, and this one passed with flying colors. The stew arrived bubbling hot, with a strong, appetizing aroma of fermented kimchi. Just one spoonful of the tangy, spicy broth was enough to awaken the appetite. The tofu was soft, silky, and generously portioned — a hearty and comforting dish that really satisfies. Side Dishes The complimentary kimchi was crisp and flavorful — exactly as it should be. The bean sprouts, though a bit mild in taste, would’ve been perfect with a touch of sesame oil for added depth. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a real hidden gem. Currently it’s at the back of an Asian supermarket but when your inside it’s a really nice authentic atmosphere. They are actually moving soon to new Malden high street. The people were very welcoming and really adds to the atmosphere. The service we couldn’t fault. For us the food took slightly long time to come but…… we were rushing to catch the bus and I have to say when the food did come you can see why it takes a bit longer it was fresh hot and very tasty. You can immediately taste that it had been made fresh so it’s well Worth that bit of extra time to wait. Every dish we had we all agreed was the best Korean food we have tried not just in London but across the UK. Price wise a couple of dishes did see quite expensive mainly the seafood ones but again for the quality and the passion they put in to the food you don’t mind paying that bit extra. I look forward to going back to the new location and trying more delicious food

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at your establishment. While the food was enjoyable, I regret to report that the overall service was disappointing and detracted from the experience.

During our visit, we were served by a young lady who appeared unhappy and did not greet us with a smile or warmth. Initially, we ordered chicken wings, and although the dish arrived within 3-5 minutes, it was placed on the table with little care, as if it was slammed down. Additionally, the side dishes, which are usually served with the meal, were not brought to our table. This was noticed by another server, who spoke to the young lady in her native language, perhaps addressing the issue. However, the lack of attention to our needs remained evident.

The overall atmosphere was affected by the demeanour of this particular server, whose unfriendly and disengaged attitude made us feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, after we had finished most of our meal, the server hastily cleared our plate, despite the fact that we still had drinks and a small portion of food left. To our surprise, she then abruptly presented the bill and the payment machine, without us having requested it, as if implying that we were done. This made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

Lastly, although the server said "xiexie" (thank you in Chinese), which is a kind gesture, we are not from that country, and we found this action to be somewhat misplaced and potentially indicative of an assumption that led to impolite behaviour. It is important to note that we did not feel respected or valued during our visit.

Given these experiences, I regret to say that I would not recommend your establishment based on this particular visit. I hope that you take this feedback into account to ensure that future customers receive the high level of service and hospitality...

Recently, my family and I visited the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. As someone familiar with Korean cuisine, I was left disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. Despite being a party of six with children, the absence of suitable seats for kids was an unexpected inconvenience, which I regret not checking in advance.

To my disappointment, four dishes I wished to order were unavailable, prompting us to opt for alternative choices. Following our order, we received only two small servings of kimchi, contrary to the norm at other Korean restaurants where a variety of three to four dishes is usually provided.

The seafood pancake we ordered was notably small, the tteokbokki dish seemed excessively watery, and the kimchi jjigae had an unusual taste that didn't resemble the traditional flavor I've experienced before – it felt like there was an odd addition of tomato purée.

Despite the appealing decor, regrettably, the food did not live up to our expectations. Overall, the lack of authenticity in the food was disappointing and impacted our...
