La Pino'z Pizza North Harrow — Restaurant in London

It's a shame. I was really looking forward to this but the disappointment was unreal. Especially because this is supposedly a franchise. I'm writing this review for them to fix up asap so that they can do well. I'm not writing out of emotion as most people do but with the intent for La Pino'z to do well. I'm a food business owner so I know that doing business in London, Harrow is not easy and they will drown quickly should they continue like this.

First impressions, decor is great, menu had too many choices and pizza sizes. I was surprised that they also do pasta, wings, and quesadillas. Not as specialised in pizza as I thought.

There were 2 young boys taking the orders. Quite unprofessional to have them at the front and also dressed as if they're at home. I was surprised that they took out a paper and pen to note down my order. I did see some sort of Epos so maybe it was down, not sure. They were clear in their speech so communication was great.

Order was ready in about 15 minutes which was great.

First impressions on the look of the pizza is not great. I've never seen anything quite like it. The dough base was very bad. It was hard and dense, probably because there was no yeast or not left to rise enough. The sauce was great. Rich and flavourful. The cheese was bad. It looks like there was a lot but it was flat. It needs to be stretchy. Toppings, quite regular although the meat toppings were dry. Overall, not so flavourful but the sauce is the only thing that barely saves it.

Paid £30 for 2 large pizzas. That would've been fine if it met the par but for this quality, it's way too expensive. Especially because this was a buy 1, get 1 half price.

You've got fireaway, fabs and farmhouse who all do pizzas on the same high street. To compete, I really advise you to work on your dough base and better quality cheese to start with. All the best and I look forward to...

On September 2, 2024, I placed an order for pizza through their app, but it was delivered late and cold. The delivery driver claimed that the store had provided him with the wrong address.

When I attempted to contact the store, no one answered, so I left a review on the app. The next day, I received a call from Mr. Patel, offering me another order, which I declined for the same day I said when I needed I will give you a call for the new order and he said okay that’s fine.

So On September 5, 2024, I placed a new order with the store, scheduled for delivery at 22:45. However, at 17:00, I received a call from the store claiming that the pizza had already been delivered the previous day. I informed them that I had not received any delivery, and they insisted that their driver had delivered it to my house and even called me. I requested to speak to the driver and asked for their name and number, but the store refused.

I find it unacceptable that the store would claim to have delivered an order when I was not even present at the address, and no one from the store or the driver had contacted me. I have attempted to call the store today (05/09/24) 13 times to resolve this issue, but they have blocked my number.

This experience is not about seeking compensation; it's about the lies and poor service that La Pino'z is providing to its customers. I hope they will take steps to improve their service...

I recently visited the La Pinoz pizza outlet at Pinner Road, North Harrow, and it was an absolute delight. My friends and I ordered three different pizzas: the Cheezy 7, Farm Villa, and English Retreat Pizza.

The experience was fantastic from the start. The ambiance of the outlet was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait too long for our order, which was a plus.

Now, let's talk about the pizzas themselves. They were all beyond delicious! The Cheezy 7 pizza was a cheese lover's dream come true, loaded with a generous amount of gooey cheese that was simply irresistible. The Farm Villa pizza was a delightful medley of fresh vegetables and flavorful toppings that tasted incredibly fresh and wholesome. As for the English Retreat Pizza, it was a unique and delightful combination that truly lived up to its name.

The crust on all the pizzas was just perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and the flavors blended beautifully, making each bite a delightful experience.
