Food is good. Price is reasonable. Downside is that the staff is pretty rude. They have no communication skills. My son's gone in a few times to order naans, last minute he's been told cash only or get out. Been barked at to leave and is now to scared to go back, as he gets told off for just ordering. It said that they accept both cash/card. I've asked others who go there and are aloud to pay by card. One of the the men there is extremely rude and short with alot of the kids. My son's been told off a few times he's gone there that he can only pay a certain way or leave. I've rang to ask, spoke to the same guy and he finally cleared up the confusion of, that there is a minimum spend limit on card, which has never been mentioned before and was still quite abrupt and short about it when I pointed out that this has not been told to us nor has he mentioned at all previously as we've been in shop. In summary (I think it's just one guy there) but he's pretty rude on the phone and in person and it isn't kids or women friendly. I've heard about the mens/man passing remarks about women. Which has made a few females uncomfortable and now do not like going in there at all and send they're kids in. Which in turn makes the staff be quite snappish to them. It's not nice when a 13 year old is snapped at, embarrassed by the staff cause he didn't have change to pay, as he had his phone to pay and told to leave and not told why exactly as they've not communicated properly. Hopefully they can resolve this issue going further and work on they're behaviour towards females and kids. Please greet your customers politely and not look...

Read moreDO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE!! My dad has been in hospital since midnight after having extremely severe symptoms of food poisoning. The symptoms started exactly 12 hours after eating from this place. Granted, he regularly eats from Lahore and had always enjoyed it and been satisfied with the food. However, this time it made him dangerously ill and his blood test results showed serious infection. The chicken was not raw so we can only assume the food was old and not stored properly. I dread to think of the outcome if an elderly person or somebody with a weaker immune system had...
