Edit from second visit: I was today for a walk in the park and stopped for ice coffee. Sadly, coffee was so ugly in taste, bitter, and had burnt flavour (that's sadly the effect of poor coffee machine cleaning practice, portafilter needs to be cleaned with cloth or brush after emptying it from previous coffee (which was not the case), actually they should be emptied straight away other wise previous coffe waste just seats there and gets burnt, and machine should be flush between coffees. Not to mention that £4 for such o poor quality coffee...
Read morePopped in before a walk round the park with my daughter. Only a small place but seems nice and clean with lovely big windows to look at the park. The coffee was very good but the toasties were disappointing : ( one ham and cheese, not much ham. And one Tuna cheese which was very dry because there seemed to be no mayonnaise at all mixed with Tuna so I left most of it. No one asked if things were OK or why I left it. Sticky tables too. Mostly OK for tea coffee and cakes. Shame as it's right by the park entrance. Maybe some other food items needed? Sauasge rolls or pre-made...
Read moreLovely little cafe by the gates of Priory Park. Its well-maintained, neat, and tastefully done. Good seating- both inside and outside, and a restroom too (only for customers). The owner was friendly.
Loads of food options- bagels, toasties, cakes. We had ordered Cappuccinos (3£) which wasnt the finest- and probably the bitterest cappuccino we have ever had :(. Looking at other reviews- I suggest the Cafe owners to change the coffee bean they use- cause everyone expects a certain taste while ordering coffee.
