First time at this branch and it was a great experience. Went out with family looking for a place to eat thats family friendly. Came in and staff greeted us and said can sit anywhere. Took our seats and scanned the QR code and ordered our food and paid. I really like this method can take your time ordering and everything is online. Waiter came shortly after placing our order and gave our drinks, plates and cutlery. Very friendly and attentive staff. We ordered a mixture of items which included:
Rasta chicken pasta Hot shot parmesan chicken Creamy chicken mushroom steak Mixed grilled skewers
The food came quickly within 10 minutes of ordering and was piping hot and fresh. Cant fault any of the items and really good big portions. We all couldn't finish each of our meals and had leftovers to takeaway. My personal favourite was the creamy mushroom chicken steak and wow their spicy rice is the best I've had. Most other places the rice is dry or full of cardamon. This one was perfect and flavourful with a nice little kick! The steak, so succulent and paired with the creamy mushroom sauce which also had cheese in it was perfect combo. Came with side of fries too but I was way too full to eat all of it.
The restaurant was clean and the toilets are maintained well plus they have bidets which is a plus!

Read moreI regularly order from this place on UberEats and have always enjoyed the food, so I decided to try dining in for the first time. Unfortunately, the in-store experience was very disappointing.
When I entered, I waited around 6 minutes in an empty restaurant before anyone came to greet me. Eventually, a staff member appeared and told us to sit anywhere and order through the QR code on the table. While ordering, I noticed that the in-store prices were actually higher than UberEats, which is strange considering UberEats takes a big commission. For example, the same order I usually get weekly for £29 cost me £36 in store.
The wait for food was another letdown — about 35 minutes, despite being the only customers. When the food arrived, the nachos and chicken were burnt, and the rice tasted like it had been microwaved more than once. I’ve also seen other reviews where the owner claims the kitchen is different for delivery and dine-in, but from what I saw, that doesn’t seem to be true.
Service was almost non-existent. Aside from food being dropped off at the table, there were no check-ins to see if everything was okay, and no interaction at all. I also think it’s cheeky to be asked for a tip through the QR ordering system when there was no table service.

WE ARE TOLD STAFF MAY MAKE MISTAKES SO ORDER ON THE PHONE PRIOR AND WE ENDED UP LEAVING WITH THE STAFF MAKING A MISTAKE.
Food was great went in for an eat in order today at 1/1/2025, was informed prior that we have to order online as it is more efficient without staff causing issues.
Got the food and everything was great so we decided to take away some food home so we ordered extra.
However, the app does not allow to notify the kitchen staff that the food is meant to be packed away for takeaway, so we had got assistance from the staff to come and order on the till.
However the staff did not notify us that prices were different on the app and we had paid £3 extra so the best solution was to refund back the money paid and order it online to cover the additional £3 however the young hijabi woman there was very moody and rude and didn’t understand the issue so we have no idea what she’d probably told her manager and we left without our money as there no point explaining to untrained staff.
They said to us that prices are different on the POS and phone and the offer is only on the ‘phone’ however we were ordering on the phone and were told to order on kiosk.
