Has a satisfactory selection of drinks and have had no complaints about the quality of them honestly. However I don't really understand how this place is almost a complete 5/5 because it isn't.

The first time I went I honestly don't think one of the employees knew how to do his job to be honest and he got some attitude as well he needs to pattern up a bit. He also messed up my order after I told him like 4 times clearly and was visibly getting annoyed for no good reason when he was the one messing up my order. In my opinion he needs to get sacked. I'm not for all this dilly dallying.

There was another employee and she was alright.

It's an odd atmosphere when you go in and the interior is quite ugly to be very honest.

So 3/5 service and 2/5 atmosphere.

Walked out with the wrong drinks but they were tasty so I didn't...

One of the best bubble tea places we've been to, unique and delicious flavours that I've not seen anywhere else, really generous sizes esp for a large size upgrade that is really cost efficient.

We've been here a few times and have had excellent service. Spoke to the founder the last time and it looks like they are really passionate about the history and culture of boba and always in the look out for unique flavours.

Last time we came, two of our four drinks fell on the floor after we took them and were walking to our cars. We went straight back to buy more and the owner was trying to offer them to us for free - we didn't accept as each drink is made by hand and we felt it was worth us paying for his efforts and kindness, and also because it was our fault for being clutzy.

We will continue...

I had the pleasure of visiting this gem recently, there was so much choice on the menu!! thankfully the owners took the time to ask me questions about my tastebuds and suggested I try the oat milk brown sugar boba - which now hands down is my absolute new favourite drink! I usually go for fruit teas but wanted to be adventurous and try something new. Will definitely be going back soon so I can try some of the other delicious options on their menu. Next on my list is the mango green tea and karak tea. The quality of the drinks and richness of flavour was also very impressive and unexpected. Not the usual diluted boba tea I've tried elsewhere. Best bubble tea in East London, might even say some of the best in the whole of London! I wish I had known about this place when it opened 3 years ago but in my few months of visiting here, I have never been disappointed by service or the drinks. Service was always kind and friendly, no matter who was at the till. Drinks are always top quality and the range of unique flavours made every visit worth it. It became a little tradition to get boba coma on Friday for me and my sister and it's sad that it has come to an end. So sad that this place is closing, you will be missed! Thank you to the owner and staff, wishing you all the best. (Last ever Ube Taro and Oreo Brown sugar attached 😩...too good) EDIT 09/08/24: They're opening again so can't wait to get these drinks againnn!!

My kids are boba experts by now, we have had boba in a LOT of places... this shop remains one of their favourites in the whole of London, let alone the area. In fact, they love it so much we have just ordered bubble tea for my son and his sister on UberEats for his birthday 🤣 It was an actual birthday request (we would normally go out for it and Coma isn't our closest shop at all). You've gotta make great boba for that, right?! I can vouch for the Karak Chai too, which is deliciously cardamom-y and, taste-wise, actually transported me back to India. That's special in my book! (Apparently it's one of the owner's mum's recipes and that authentic home touch made my day). Genuinely one of the best chais I've ever had, anywhere in the world 👌🏻
