Deceptive Pricing - A Disappointing Experience

As a loyal customer of Manor Pizza for years, I'm shocked and disappointed by my recent visit. The shop has been renovated under new management, but my experience was far from positive.

I chose my order from a new printed menu, but at the till, I was charged a significantly higher price. When I questioned the staff, they admitted that this was a new management policy and that they were told to charge the higher price without telling customers. I was even told that another customer had a similar issue.

This is a deliberate scam. When I refused the free drink offered to me, it was because I don't believe in accepting a small bribe to overlook such dishonest behavior. This management is actively trying to fool ordinary customers. I will not be purchasing from here again and urge others to be cautious. If they are going to increase prices, they should be upfront about it, not try to hide it and...

I'm a enthusiast for trying all the pizzas in my general area.. it lead me to Manor pizza! Which seemed to have decent reviews.

The pizza was OK, though nothing great. To be honest, the dough and sauce tastes exactly the same as any other knock off pizza places in greater London it seems.

That's not to say it doesn't taste nice! I still ate the pizza and couldn't say it was unpleasant.. it was just very basic. The dough is more.. bread like. There isn't any signature flavour in the dough, which makes it very dry.

I just wish a lot of these - clearly not Italian run pizza places would have a little signature style, rather than tasting exactly the same as...

Had a 1/4 pounder, lovely crispy fries! Usual Standard patties but for a good price with a drink not bad. Was cooked to decent standard.

Cooking wasnt rushed and imo I dont mind because I have fast food as a treat and it has to be good and it helps if its cooked properly.

Extra £1 for delivery I walked in and picked up, so no comment on delivery.

They use those cfc style containers they really need to go to a thick cardboard so no environmentally friendly packaging. They lose a star for that. So up a star if you don't care about the packaging and want a decent burger...
