This is by far one of the worst representations of Lebanese restaurants in the UK! Their menu is misleading and absolutely no customer service! This is the second time I’ve come here and both times I have been very disappointed! Their waiters are rude and come with more flavour than their food! Secondly, the lunch special for £27.50 is apparently not available on Sundays, and only during the week, yet no mention of this on their menu… very miss leading and borders on the line of misselling! Additionally their pricing makes no sense, their charcoal-grilled main courses are so overpriced starting from £18 depending on meat type and comes with sides that you have to pay for, yet they sell a Roasted chicken dish with “British chicken” for £18 that comes with brown rice! How does that make sense!? They also do a sharing platter for 4 for £140, which if you break down doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, you are better off buying the lunch platter for £27.50 (which you are not even allowed to get)… and from looking at the reviews many have said that the platter of 4 isn’t even enough for 4 people! (Pics attached) Very overrated place and no longer as good as it used to be especially in comparison to their other branches! I would definitely not recommend this place, it is definitely not worth the price for the quality of food, taste and experience just ripping off the aspect of Lebanese food and experience.

Broke my fast here. Ordered from a set menu. Couple things to note. - Service was kind of slow, understandable due to the iftar rush - Starters were beautiful, 10/10. The hummus was perfect, the salad was amazing, the moajanat were great, and the lentil soup was okay (bit too much cumin). - They accidentally blasted music at max volume through their speakers which made everyone jump (lol) - The mains were very disappointing. I had the mixed grill and my mum had the whole baby chicken and rice. The mixed grill came COLD, and the quantity was laughable. The chicken and rice was okay, but tasted bland. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS: There is parking here, its a bit tight. The restaurant has a hybrid outdoor seating area for smokers, however we were told only parties of 6+ were allowed to dine there. The restaurant is clean, toilets are clean, overall you may enjoy your experience here, depending on what you're coming here for. There is a bar too. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OWNER: I recommend the restaurant owner to open a buffet instead (for iftar), especially as they have the furniture to do so. It would make the service much quicker. I could also tell that the starters were done by one chef and the mains were done by another, there is a noticeable gap in their skillset, maybe try to close it somehow.

Fabulous hidden gem tucked away in Park Royal. This a big restaurant with an accompanying marketplace for Lebanese ingredients (including meats). The food is excellent by and large and well presented and decently priced for the portions. I would only say that if you dislike chilli in your food, you might want to remind the waiting staff that you don't want the added Chilli dishes like Hummous. The ambiance is a modern cantina feel, that's both light and airy. There's an outdoor section for the smokers as well. Service is excellent with a very jovial touch akin to the levels you would expect in Lebanon itself and is commended. The location is off the main route but easy enough to find with a sat nav and parking could be better (it's very tight and not a lot of it for the restaurant size). Final verdict: Well worth the trek to west London if you're hankering for a excellent Lebanese experience at a reasonable price.

Booked a table for 8, to break our fast along with our children. During the booking stage I was never advised that the menu will be the iftar menu set at £35pp. We arrived promptly at the restaurant for 6pm some 20 mins before iftar. We were told it was a set menu and that's it, no variations and we coul d not order anything from the A la Cartè. Only saving grace was they allowed the kids to order something from the A la cart. This was extremely Deceiving a sort of entrapment. Arriving to an industrial estate with no other food options around we were inadvertently forced to stay here and suck up the fact our food bill was going to be astronomical. However, we were willing to give them an opportunity to wow us with the food and service and the steep £35 p/p would be worth it. Alas, the food started to arrive, the manager with his somewhat jittery demeanour was obnoxious at times. Whilst asking for a diet alternative to the boycotted Coke he responded no we don't have this they all taste the same ...OK then. Our starters arrived somewhat dripfed, the fattoush salad was decent along with the hommos. The bread given was cold and clearly just taken out of the packet. The pastry that came with the starters were appealing and tasteless. No sauces were given at this stage. We then waited over 25 mins for our mains. At this point we were served our 2 sauces. The mains arrived, it was somewhat decent however the elongated wait killed our appetite. After the mains we had to call over the waiter and good 15 mins after trying to lock eyes with someone who worked there to clear our table. Tables cleared we then waited for a further 10mins to receive the driest baklava known to man. It was like eating sand, the sizes of the baklava compared to a 20p piece. Again another wait ensued 20 mins at least to ask for the bill. I insisted on removing the service charge, a £200 bill later I was asked by the waitress was everything OK. I specifically mentioned the atrocious service to which I got radio silence.

Overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had, one of the most expensive bills for 5 adults and 3 kids for food which was merely OK. In all honesty I will never come back or recommend this place. It's good for....nothing. Ha, also the smell in the place was so pungent from sewage that you lost your sense of smell. They need to sort out the drainage issue they have here it's not...

Maroush has always been one of our go to restaurants. I’ve previously left a good review for this branch. But thought I’d write a new review as we went on Father’s Day as a group of nine. Whilst the food was good and what I expected, the service was unfortunately a very big let down. This is the first time we’ve booked a table at this branch and eaten in. Clearly on a very busy day of the year for them they were extremely short staffed. We ended up spending hours at the restaurant for a Sunday family meal as the service was SO slow right from when we got there. It took ages to get the menu, then order, to get anyone’s attention during our meal was very difficult. They only had two fresh juices available and no halloumi cheese. The bread served with the starters was not warmed and served in the plastic bag. For the price you pay to dine in at least give us warm bread! It’s one of the busiest days for a restaurant I don’t understand how they were not prepared especially for such a big chain on restaurants. I asked for water four times and it was never delivered therefore had my meal with no drink and I was parched! The onions were missing from the wraps when we specifically asked for this. I felt sorry for the waiters that were working as they clearly were very over rushed, and working hard. The service charge was taken off our bill and we were apologised to about the awful service we received. We felt bad for the waiters and did leave a tip. Maroush management if you’re reading this hire some more staff as a restaurant this size on a busy Sunday can’t function as expected with only a handful of staff. Another thing to add is no one is available to answer the phone so don’t expect to get through to anyone. Suffice to say we won’t be returning for a sit...
