McDonald's - SUTTON - MINDEN ROAD DELIVERY KITCHEN — Restaurant in London

I can not stress enough how poor this process is. Missing 3 meals from the 15 ordered. Won't redeliver given a number for uber that doesn't work. Had to go online and find a number they don't care just say we have refunded you the amount. But when I asked how much they refunded it came to light they don't refund McDonald's do, and if I don't recieve the refund... (let's wait and see) I need to complain to McDonald's although they tell me to phone uber. When ordering there is no warning if they mess up they can't simply send the missing items. Had to end up driving to nearest drive through, as 3 people with nothing to eat, obviously by the time i got back all my food was stone cold and dry... shocking experience first and last time. I wish i had looked at the reviews first.. should have ... live and learn. Avoid at all costs. Nobody is accountable, nobody cares, just read from a script. (On a side note, looks like they started the wrong drink with Fanta, then instead of changing it just topped it up...

I placed an order through McDelivery, expecting to receive three meals. However, one of the main dishes was missing—the most expensive item, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, which is one of the highlights of my order. On top of that, the three packs of fries I received were only half-filled, giving the impression that they had been tampered with or partially eaten. This is highly unusual and completely unacceptable. My past experiences dining in at McDonald's have always been great, with no issues in quality or service. However, this being my first time using McDelivery, I find the experience to be extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Receiving incomplete and substandard food undermines trust in the service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and that measures are taken to ensure it doesn’t happen to...

Unfortunately I can't rate my experience a zero because having to give it a one is being generous. Mcdonald's delivery from Minden Road via the McDonald's app - what a disgrace. When my order arrived not only was it cold but one of the main items was missing. I called Minden Road who said I had to call Uber who would refund me, before I had even finished speaking the woman I spoke to hung up. When I called back the line was continuously busy! I rang Uber who said they would refund the item but quite honestly I don't see how this is Uber's fault when Minden Road clearly hadn't put the item in the bag in the first place (unless Uber drivers place the food in the bag and seal it!) I ended up having to drive to another McDonald's to get the item! Stay clear of Minden...
