McDonald's - The Chimes — Restaurant in London

Everybody knows about McDonalds. It is one of the most popular fast-food restaurants in the world and thousands of people go there every day. In my opinion, I love the food they make and think that it is very delicious. They never disappoint. Another benefit of McDonalds is that the food there is cheap. You can get an entire meal and more in just £5! They range in all types of food from meat to vegetarian, ice creams and donuts, burgers and wraps and the list goes on. I can guarantee you that wherever you are, there is a McDonalds not too far away. The staff there are always friendly, and they are ready to help you whenever with whatever. The restaurant itself is fancy. There are tons of places to sit with family and friends to eat, wireless charging for your phones, and tablets to keep kids entertained. The restaurants themselves are not old-fashioned either. You can go to the counter and order with a staff member, or you can go and do it yourself at a touch-screen kiosk which I personally prefer. It’s quick, easy and contactless in these times with coronavirus. It also releases stress on the staff and is very intuitive and fun to use. Finally, it is a great place to go and eat with people you know, and I assure you they won’t disappoint. They do breakfast for people who don’t have time to make food in the mornings and the food generally arrives quite quickly. You can get table service when using the kiosk or collect it yourself. They also make your health the top priority by regularly cleaning the kiosks, counters, tables etc. They also do special deals by introducing different types of food for different times of the year. Moreover, if you don’t have time to stop and eat inside, most have a “drive-thru” where you just order your food in a speaker, pay at a window and collect your food at the next. My cousin and I visited the McDonalds today at about 6:15 pm as we were craving the strawberry frappe. We ordered two of them for each of us. The taste wasnt the same and we realised that the ice was not properly blended at the bottom. As my cousin finished hers first, she went to the counter and showed that the ice was not blended. The lady either named Manpreet or Juspreet said to my cousin that they cannot do anything as its finished but did not address the ice not being blended. As I was finishing mine I could see and feel ice at the bottom too but we can only see that as we drink it all. I went to the counter and said look this is not about getting a refund or another one but both the drinks were not blended well. I said that this is a feedback to ensure other customers are served well. The lady was like its finished can't do anything now. I repeated myself and said that this is something I drink often however, this is a feedback that it's not blended well. She then says that the blender isn't working. I asked her why we were not told before giving us the drinks. And she was like its over we cannot do anything now. I said this isn't the customer service we wish for and she just turned her face at me. I was patient before thus point however, this got me mad and said why would you turn your face at me and she showed further attitude. The other staff came and told her to be quiet and took her in. The fun part is that the manager (Short guy with a turban) was just there staring at me but did not make a point to make every wrong right. Been there multiple times for convience. But the customer service from the actual managers is appalling. I had bought a meal for my daughter and the drink fell off the tray instead of the manager offering us another drink he said its not his fault buy another one. Although it would be common decency to simply refill the drink it wasn't that what is my issue, it was just his attitude that was was the worst part. Me and my sister ordered two separate meals another time I had got table service, she had went to collect her meal so I said to her get me a sauce as well please so the manager said one sauce per person so she could only have one. so when the lady who brought the table service brought me some sauce she brought me two 🤨and This weekend I had bought 2 meals for me and my mum to eat lunch then the lady on the til made a mistake by making one a meal and one a burger and drink so we was expecting the other chips so my mum went up and asked for the missing chips the manager a lady this time looked like she wanted to fight over the missing item she was ever so aggressive the way she spoke to my mum, my mum was ever so frightened I just said mum forget the chips this is definetly the last time we are going to...
