I always love the times when I spent the nights in this hotel. Most recent, I had 3 separate bookings due to travels in-betweens, starting 12July until the last check-in 22July. Everything was great, except for one person who spoiled everything - Sammy (the manager). To me, he was rude & arrogant. Prior to this trip, I inquired via email if luggage storage is available so I can make use during my travels in between the check-in dates; yes, that was the confirmation email I received. And upon check-in on 12July itself, I inquired further & "yes" was again the answer. But on the date I checked out 14July, this Sammy suddenly said "no". Saying "no" was ok, but the way & how he said it were very rude & arrogant. He didn't even look at me through out the times we spoke (was looking a the computer monitor) & he even chided the lady staff who was the one who said "yes" to me about the storage. Surprisingly, even that lady staff didn't know that such storage was not allowed. I didn't catch the lady's name & I was hoping to see her again, but never did even during my other 2 check-ins stay until I checked out on 25July (miss, if u'r reading this, u know me from the episode that I described - email me please). She even consoled & agreed to store my luggage in that 1st check-out; that too despite after she was chided by Sammy that "if anything happens, u will be responsible". Feeling bad to the lady with such arrogant attitude of Sammy, I decided & told her that I'll just take the luggage along with me. Sammy's attitude did not end there; in my future check-ins, I always got the "good morning" greetings from staffs I bumped into - at the reception, at the buffet counter, in the lift & even one who was mopping the floor, but never Sammy. I once greeted "good morning", only to get a no respond & that "less than care" attitude; I never greeted him anymore after that. In short, the hotel's upper management seriously needs to look into the attitude of such staff. It is never an isolated case because being in such position & industry, customer service is very important. Secondly, please state it clearly in all of the Premier Inn websites, regardless of locations, if long terms luggage storage can be provided or not. When u don't state as such but committed with a yes when inquired, it certainly looked bad when the opposite happened at the time when customers need it; just like my case. Worst, if u have someone like Sammy's attitude. Will I visit this place again in the future? Yes...this Premier Inn in Uxbridge has been my "home" over the years when I visited the UK & shall remains so...
Read moreMy husband and I checked in paying extra for early check in on the 11/05/2025 booking reference BKV3753158. We dropped our bags in the room and left immediately to go do the activities we had planned for the day. Upon returning to the hotel that evening we noticed that the room was incredibly hot. It had been 23 degrees and was still 20° at that time outside but inside felt warmer. We went to put the aircon on as the piece of paper on the desk said there was air on in this room and were greeted with the air conditioned unit being not just missing but ripped off the wall with exposed wires visible. I went to open the window to try and get in a breeze only to find that the window was also broken and would not stay open. My then realised that there was a hole where a plug had been ripped out and the sink was hanging off the wall by 5-6mm. I went to have a shower to try and cool down as I have a migrane disorder and being overly warm can cause migranes but I couldn’t move the temperature gage at all and got scalding water to the arm while I tried. Even my husband struggled to move it having to use two hands and a lot of force. After this we decided to try and just sleep early as we were onl there 1 night but upon turning all of the lights off we realised the peep hole cover on the door was also missing leaving us feeling overheated frustrated and unsafe. We decided to leave as we no longer felt safe or comfortable staying. We spoke to the gentlemanat the front desk at 10pm 11/05/2025 we explained that we no longer felt comfortable in this hotel and would be driving home he offered us a refund to which we agreed and left. The next day my husband called as we had no correspondence from the hotel to confirm refund, he spoke to a manager who assured him of a refund and after ending the call we then received an invoice for the payment which left the bank. My husband was unable to answer the managers call at 15:16 on 12/01/2025 as he has already left for a deployment and no email has been received to confirm refund.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. This doesn’t feel like a premier inn. And they certainly ignored our good...
Read moreHonestly I have a really really worst experience. As I booked hotel for three days as I have my EU charger when I asked to reception to get the EU plug they said they don't have or I can buy spend more money just for three days. Then they promised to arrange the plug for me the next day still not. Give me the option that i can leave my phone on the reception . It's really annoying annoying. Moreover there is no drinking water available in the rooms when I asked about it. They told me to use the bathroom tap water. Oh my god it's really disgusting to use the and touch the same tap when you use the toilet seat and to fill water bott
I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I deeply regret booking it for three days. From the moment I checked in, it was a series of disappointments.
First, I brought my EU charger and asked the reception for an adapter. They told me they didn’t have one and suggested I buy one myself—spend more money for just a three-day stay? Ridiculous. Then, they promised to arrange a plug for me the next day . Their "solution" was to leave my phone at reception to charge. Absolutely unacceptable and beyond annoying.
Second, there was no drinking water in the rooms. When I asked, they told me to use the bathroom tap water. Seriously? You expect me to fill my water bottle from the same tap I touch after using the toilet? Disgusting and unhygienic.
The nightmare didn’t end there. The pillow covers were dirty, with visible brown stains. When I requested clean blankets and pillowcases, they informed me they would only change them once during my entire three-day stay! Even after asking for basic housekeeping services—cleaning the room, emptying the bins, and fresh towels—they failed to deliver.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid a premium price for what? Filthy rooms, poor service, and zero amenities. I made a huge mistake choosing this hotel, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place...
