McDonald's — Restaurant in London

so over the holidays if no rain or funfair once or twice a week my kids prefer to go to McDonald and one in norbury London and streatham high street is like our second home ..... if anything happens we go for a mcflurry or frappe after dinner in holidays or weekends so cut the story short we love McDonald besides on experience i had in Croydon Valley Leisure Park, Hesterman Way, Croydon, Greater London CR0 4YA

1-restaurant is full of flies 2-a weirdo staff member near bin keep staring at you as she don't like u there 3-lack of good staff meal was ordered and a frappe 4-freppe cup was leaking i wont even realise that im not provided with chips,sauces and drink as with kids you always rush but as frappe was all over the place dripping i just realized my order is incomplete it took 15 min to get my order and even more 3 min to get my frappe all the order was cold and no one was bothered what i faced total disappointment Croydon Valley Leisure Park, Hesterman Way, Croydon, Greater London CR0 4YA is a busy center and croydon high street even busier but wont go valley park ever again with flies sticking on you ewww u simple need to close...

I have to say this will be my first review that will be mostly negative. I rarely use fast food outlets but this one was handy whilst we shopped locally. We arrived about 1pm when it was actually quiet on Wednesday. I noticed that there was no serving counter (Reminds me of an Argos) You order from a machine and wait for your number to come up when they bring out your order to a Hatch. We sat outside as it was a nice day. It was then that I found out why I don't use fast food outlets. The chips were hard and cold. The Coke tasted absolutely horrible and the Big Mac was so bland I didn't know what I was eating. On the order board it showed I had a choice to have a sauce on the side with my burger so I declined. However I didn't know that you actually didn't get any sauce on your actual burger so mine was plain and dry. From experience I have learned never to return food and complain as you never know what they might add to your replacement so instead I left the coke?? And most of the chips eating just the plain burger. Disappointed to say the least. I doubt I will frequent that...

The rudest staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. Drive thru screen was not working (which we didn’t realise before we started queuing, we were just told to go to the next window) so we were queuing for half an hour.

When we finally got to the window to order we were simply met with “hey” by a female, no apology/thank you for waiting. She didn’t even ask us what we would like to order. She even failed to ask us what drinks we would like…

Another ten minutes passes before we get to the window for our food, drinks are handed to us by a male, we did not get a single word from him. We could only get one festive apple pie instead of two, so we were offered a normal apple pie instead which was fine.

After finally leaving the McDonald’s we realised they charged us for cheese bites which they didn’t give us. They also gave us two of the same festive burger rather than one of each like we ordered…

I didn’t realise it was possible to have such a poor experience at a drive through until this evening. Awful...
