I recently visited McDonald's at 139 N Circular Rd. in London and had a positive experience, overall. The location of this McDonald's is very convenient, situated right off a busy main road with plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained.
One of the first things I noticed upon entering was the friendly and efficient staff. They took my order with a smile and promptly gave me my food. I was pleased to see that the food was fresh and hot, and it tasted just as good as I expected from McDonald's. The menu at this location also had a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.
I particularly appreciated the convenience of the self-service kiosks, which made it easy for me to customize my order and pay without having to wait in line. Another standout feature was the free Wi-Fi available, which was a nice touch for customers looking to get some work done or catch up on social media while enjoying their meal.
The seating area was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating options for both individuals and groups. I also noticed that the staff was consistently cleaning and restocking the dining area, which was impressive to see and ensured a pleasant dining experience.
The only downside to my visit was the long wait time for my order. Although the staff was efficient and friendly, there seemed to be a lot of people in line and it took a bit longer than I expected to receive my food. However, I believe this could have been due to the time of day, as McDonald's tends to get busy during peak meal times.
Overall, my experience at McDonald's 139 N Circular Rd. was positive and I would definitely recommend it to others. The convenient location, friendly staff, and good food make it a great option for a quick...
Read moreOk so let me paint a picture. I’m 18, I have fibromyalgia and I currently have the flu and am in the middle of a depressive episode . I ordered via the McDonald’s app because I saw their current offer for £3 for a burger and fries. I order this. Food turns up absolutely stone cold. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been a lifelong customer with this particular McDonald’s and every time I’ve ordered delivery it’s either been stone cold or missing items.
Anyway, this time when it turned up I was absolutely furious. Seeing red furious. Now, this may be due to personal circumstances bubbling up but I was so properly angry.
I sped out of the house (still in pyjamas lol) and went to go yell at the manager. The customer service I received was amazing. The manager and all the employees were so sympathetic, they explained that when they make the food and hand it off the the delivery drivers, they see the drivers just standing there, playing on their phones.
They explained how to go through the Uber Eats process of how to get my money back, and the manager offered to be a witness to them on how the food turned up.
Out of the absolutely pure goodness of their hearts they made me a whole new meal for free!. And they even threw in some small fries as an extra.
Everyone was so nice there and I love how they handled this issue. I will continue to be a customer for many years to come.
As for the food itself- I am vegan so I have the mcplant. The quality of the burger is delicious and out of every place I’ve ever been that offers a vegan burger, this is by far the best.
So lesson is- if you want to take advantage of a McDonald’s offer from here , order pickup instead of delivery.
And I would recommend the mcplant from this specific McDonald’s to anybody...
Read moreI stood in the queue I was paying with cash so went to the counter behind someone else. Someone came and served him or finished serving him. Then went away to carry on preparing orders. I guess although not overly busy. They had a lot of delivery orders and fair enough I understand that. But one of the manager / supervisor people walked by twice. Totally ignoring the small que only myself and one other. No acknowledgement at all , both times. I understand being busy but for especially one of the supervisors/ manager not to at least say I'm sorry we're just a bit busy someone will be with you in a short while. I thinks that not to much to ask. I was probably only standing there a short while then 5 minutes after the other guy had been served so no real big deal but just felt It's not the sort of customer service you get at McDonald's which I would consider to be normally of a high standard. Like I said I'm not all pretentious and expect everyone to drop everything to run over to serve me I know in my work I would at least acknowledge people and ask can they just wait a little while for someone to be with you soon. Rather than pretending no one's there. So I left for the people behind me to get served and I...
