Tops Pizza Willesden — Restaurant in London

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this terrible delivery service waited over 45 minutes for a delivery of a pizza an garlic bread no tomatoe on my pizza base and food barely warm to the point due it no being hot the cheese seemed like rubber.

It goes against health and safety regulations for any food to be sold fresh and hot.

This companies customer services is poor rather than remedy a satisfactory solution they blamed customers not wanting to much tomatoe on the pizza base I did not request less tomatoes base.

They also claim the pizza temperature is due to it being the winter months.

They also have avoided me speaking to a manager saying that they are not in which is ridiculous this is a dishonest franchise I would like to advise anyone use dominoes or pizza hut who have better quality, standards and customer services. I'm sure if I were faced with this problem by dominoes or pizza hut they would be solution focused and not money hungry.

I also do not believe these great reviews are genuine which fooled me it has to be family and friends as now speaking to others close by I have heard feed back to my surprise which is not 5star.

I will never ever use the establishment again due to this horrific experience they refused a refund or satisfactory remedy and expected me to take an order again after complaining.

Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Customer Service

Placed an online delivery order and was shocked by the experience. Ordered nachos from the menu, which clearly says it comes with salsa sauce. What I got? Just nachos and cheese – no salsa in sight.

When I called to complain, there wasn’t even a hint of an apology. The person on the phone casually told me that they only include salsa if you request it. Seriously? How is a customer supposed to know that when the menu clearly states it comes with salsa?

Worse, his tone made it sound like he was doing me a favor just by listening. All he said was “complain to head office” – no ownership, no respect, just dismissive and rude.

I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but after this joke of a response, never again. They clearly don’t value their customers at all. Total...

I want to give him 0 stars for customer service!!!! Me and my friend ordered pizzas for collection he had overdone the pizza the crust was rock hard. my female friend told him thats not how we like it and he simply parred us off and said the pizzas are fine they taste good and he has experience and forced us to take the pizza . we wasnt happy, i told him that customer is always right and we have a right to have our pizza a certain way. and he just puffed and tutted rudely and I've been in going to tops before this inexperienced highly trained monkey started only 8 years ago. he is money hungry and a misrepresentation of tops, i also asked his name and he refused , i told him im gonna do a review. he just laughed. terrible. he is the manager. please sort...
