Today I ordered food for my kids! My order came after 1 hour of waiting. Before I called to ask where is my order, by time my order came with the ice cream melted, all food cold. They said this is not a big issue, and hung up the call. Then I realised that one item is missing, I called back but they said sorry but we can refund you because you changed your statement, and didn’t recognise that they ended the call. I ordered and paid for a few items including a large milkshake. The milkshake wasn't un the order and was told the machine was damaged and to call where I'd ordered from to get something else.
