Just the best, highly recommend , we came across this hidden takeaway gem during lockdown 2020, the food is so very good, we now order from them pretty much every week. Our favourites are Hot & Spicy Mutton curry (very tender meat) , King Prawn Shaslick, Goan Fish Curry, Chicken 65 to name just a few .If you like spicy as in chilli heat (we do) , ask for "authentic Indian style" . Our kids dont like spice and have chicken tikka, normally at other restaurants I find this dish a bit plain for my liking but Orp Citi tikka is so juicy and tender, its delish. Had first takeaway for 4 people from this restaurant yesterday evening. We had 4 different mains and they were all really nice and tasty and noticeably different in flavour. Quite often from other takeaways all the dishes taste the same and have a high oil content. The Bengal clipper food has very little oil in the sauces and all dishes are noticeably different and tasty. We had 2 lamb dishes amongst us and they were very good and the lamb was cooked beautifully. My only criticism is the portions of the main dishes could have been bigger although there was just enough for the four of us. We ordered thru hungry house order number 86660623 today. They called back saying they can't delivery because Bickley park is too far and their policy is 4.5miles radius, then I googled mapped and told them we are 3.2miles and if they don't want to deliver they can give the money back... Then they decided to give us the delivery . When the food came, papadom ( which we paid for was missing) and dumpukt was replaced without informing. I called back again and they were again giving excuses of being far but no word of money back or apology. Even the lamb curry didnot have enough pieces.
