I wouldn't usually review fast food like mcdonalds but got to a point now that thisbis the only way to help head office and this business in preventing loss of sales, my entire household order from this mcdonalds via uber eats on a regular basis, around 3 times a week, not once have this Venus been able to add a straw to any drink order or able to have chips arrive that are not cold, and by cold I don't mean slightly warm, I mean cold! This is concerning considering the destination of the order itself is only a 3minute walk away. For this reason we no longer order milkshakes as we can't drink them and we Jo longer order chips as we can't eat cold chips, so in reality every time we order a single big mac it would have been a big mac meal but we don't bother anymore. These are sales your business is losing, this has been ongoing for months and I just decided to complain here today as uber eats ignore such complaints not realising that a milkshake is useless without a utensil, if you want to instantly boost sales here then you need to enable people to upsell to themselves by providing a straw and ensuring food is to temperature when leaving the business. Our household alone has saved about £15 per order by not upgrading to meal for some time now, but this is a direct loss to mcdonalds due to the inability to provide the consistent service that some other sites are capable of. The drinks levels are below the legal line, which is illigal. They were told this month's ago. Also the cold drinks are also falling short of the level. I have had to ask numerous times to get it filled up to the line, And service is very slow. What is the buisness manager doing? None of the issues have been dealt with, the bad atmosphere it makes us feel like we are being watched when we are in the store with our order. Even if a certain manager is not there. I do not like this and I would rather not go in there again. The buisness manager is a total bully and a liar. There apparently completely happy to exept bullying and is treated as normal to do so and execped as normal. practice and they also deny that anything happens or goes on It is still.happening now. I have heard about it and seen it. Plus I have been a victim of this myself. Which is why I left the job and I was also pushed out because she was making 2 false allegations about me, neither were true because she was embarrassed and looked stupid she got me forced out because of what she did to me. We could have sued her for slander but again what is the point. She needs to be fired but often gets away with it. She should have been fired for it and there is nothing being done dispite numerous complaints and grievences against her. Even after being promised that they would, again lied to us again. They had no intentions of dealing with this, but wanted to make it sound that they would. All 3 of them were lying and covering...

Unfortunately very chaotic service. The system said my very simple order was ready to collect but it wasn't after asking 2-3 times. Then the order number disappeared from the screen information, leaving me unaware if I would even get my order.

I only ordered an apple pie and large mcflurry, which took nearly 20mins for £2.88, when normally it would be 2mins.

Usually, the apple pie is warmed up in 1 min and the mcflurry is usually 30secs. However the mcflurry machine wasn't ready / stocked and the chocolate filling was out. The till staff tried to give me a partial mcflurry in large container, despite me telling her I witnessed her colleague struggling to fill up my mcflurry order. But in fairness she did offer to make a new one, which then had the correct amount.

Going forward: A helpful suggestion is that the preparing system needs improvement. The IT machine shouldn't say orders are ready unless it is physically available to handover to the customer.

On the positive side, the manager stepped in to help and was, polite, positive and proactive taking control of the situation. The team can improve the communication amongst each other, but more importantly Mcdonald head office need investment in better IT systems. Don't just say an order is ready for collection when it isn't. I wouldn't mind waiting if it was properly communicated there was an issue with the mcflurry machine and my order wasn't ready.

I realise it is a very busy environment normally so I hope that...

McDonald's are forever closing down the Sutton store for filming adverts, rather than being their flagship store I think it's one they don't care if its shut. The tablets for children to play on are all dummies, and they have that stupid system where they don't have any "stock" until you place an order, so even though the store was like a ghost town had to wait 15 minutes to cook the order. Unfortunately anyone waiting didn't have a clue on the progress as the screens didn't work. I think they must be returning the drive thru store next to Tesco to a batch cooking store as it's closed down again. The money they have wasted then the close for a month to return the store back to how it was before they ballsed it up.

I was paying in cash so I didn’t pay on the screens but 10 minutes went by and my food still don’t come (I’m a teenager so I didn’t really know how it works) so I went to ask at the counter someone called Sireesha or something like that. I asked if you had to pay before you get your food and she said no. 15 minutes went by and I still didn’t get my food (it’s only small fries) so I asked where my food was bc I was waiting like 20mins and she asked if I paid. So I said no and she said that i needed to. I then said ok and she rudely said 'Do you want to give me your receipt then. Anyway she was just plain rude!

I tried to speak to one member of staff who was out on the floor working but she was wearing music headphones so she couldnt hear me. I wont go back to that store again.

Quite a poor example of a McDonalds. I arrived around 0800 and the place was not busy. However, a lot of the tables were dirty, strewn with food and packaging debris. None of this was tidied up during my entire visit. The childrens' tablet screens were all missing. The toilets smelled very bad and were dirty.
