mcdonald’s walton.. i’m disappointed. when i arrived i was bewildered by the images of rusty tin cans on the wall? very unappealing. we got delivery from my home. (0.209, 0.509, 2.412) we were appalled by the lack of speed by the mcdonald’s delivery driver. watching him on the map was quite stressful. half way through the journey i recieve a message from the driver saying “i crashed”. i was outraged with mcdonald’s for giving their delivery drivers unsafe equipment. he still decided to bring the food due to my request and when it arrived it was in a state. i ordered a coke but the cup was empty with no lid and straw but i later found the substance leaking from my rucksack. how did mcdonald’s do that?? my chips were too hot flat with a tire strip imprinted on them. they burnt my tounge and i had to remove a piece of tarmac in a fry. i have an airborne allergy to road and this could’ve killed me. i decided to take a minute outside when it started raining. mcdonald’s timed this delivery awfully! my nuggets didn’t contain any meat but just the batter. my mc flurry arrived melted and a bite mark in it! who takes a bite out a mcflurry! my happy meal wasn’t so happy and had a frown! it came with a squashed up toy which traumatised by young son! i had to take a minute as i’m airborne allergic to frowns. my sauce tasted like colours and had another bite mark in it - along with saliva. it tasted great! the salad didn’t come although i didnt order one. the apple pie tasted more like a pair! the pair sauce fell out leaving just the shell when it was picked up. it stunk! my cat ate it and had a seizure? i’m allergic to seizures so had to go outside in the rain. i’m allergic to rain so had to go inside where i found my cat in purrfect condition! 😂🥰 anyways don’t recommend deliveroo! Read moreThis Tuesday, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at McDonald's, thanks to asian girl named Simran. From the moment I walked in the store her warm smile was so sweet towards me . Simran greeted me and my husband with genuine enthusiasm and made us feel like a valued customers . When we approached the counter to place order, she was incredibly patient and attentive. She listened carefully as I asked about different menu options and offered best suggestions based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive. What stood out most was her ability to connect on a personal level. Simran shared some fun facts about new offers on the menu and even made a light-hearted joke that left me laughing. It was clear she was not just there to take orders but to ensure customers had a pleasant and memorable experience. When our food was ready she brings to the table personally. She even checked backed to make sure everything us okay and to see if I needed anything else. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my satisfaction was truly amazing. That girl's kindness, intelligence, and exceptional customer service turned into a delightful experience. She is the good example of what great customer service should be, and I left McDonald's that day feeling not just satisfied with my meal, but genuinely happy by the customer service . Read moreReducing my rating. Dire restaurant!! Consistently incorrect or poor quality orders whether from drive thru, walk in or Uber delivery. Yesterday topped all. 3 burger meals ordered, only 2 burgers arrived, one side missing, cokes only half full, one warm and flat. No straws, no serviettes, one of the burgers that did arrive, burger hanging out of the bun and some kind of hair (fabric not human) fibres caught on bun and hanging out of the cheese (dropped on floor???!!!). Other recent errors include a toasted bagel with no toppings, nothing, just dry plain bagel (but with cutlery...seriously??!!). On next visit clearly requested butter & jam explaining prior error, got to work and found jam and cream cheese, no butter. 4 different times of ordering a cool chicken with bacon meal, not one had bacon or anything bacon related on it. Last time ordering in the restaurant, waited 25 mins for food (Apple pies). Last time at drive thru asked for 3 curry sauce, got 2 sweet & sour. Staff regularly standing chatting on drinks station... perhaps assist in serving the customers instead and you might get it right?! I'm currently at a 1 in 9 chance of getting my order right.
