Ladies and gentlemen of the dining public, it is with great disappointment and a sense of professional duty that I present to you a legal review of what can only be described as an abysmal experience at the McDonald's restaurant located in Sutton. The series of negligent acts committed by the staff members on this occasion are not only an affront to the values of customer service, but they also demonstrate a flagrant disregard for the rights and expectations of patrons.
Let us commence with the first offense: the unforgivable omission of ice in our beverages. In the scorching heat of the day, one would assume that an establishment of this magnitude would prioritize the satisfaction and comfort of its customers. Alas, the McDonald's in question failed in this regard, denying us the simple pleasure of chilled beverages. This is not a mere oversight; it is a blatant act of negligence that cannot be taken lightly.
Furthermore, the half-filled cup debacle warrants the utmost scrutiny. In a well-established fast-food chain such as McDonald's, one would anticipate a modicum of consistency and fairness in their portion sizes. To deliberately deprive customers of a reasonable quantity of liquid, coercing them into upgrading from a medium to a large, is an act of manipulation that borders on deceptive practices. It is a clear violation of the trust we place in such establishments to provide a fair and transparent service.
The absence of pickles in our cheeseburgers represents a failure to adhere to the most basic tenets of burger assembly. The inclusion of pickles in a cheeseburger is a culinary tradition that dates back decades, and it is unfathomable that the staff at this McDonald's failed to honor this customary ingredient. This omission exhibits a shocking level of carelessness, demonstrating a profound lack of attention to detail and a callous disregard for the expectations of customers.
Finally, the forgotten straws epitomize a litany of oversights that marred our dining experience. It is not unreasonable to expect that a restaurant of this caliber would provide the essential tools required to consume their beverages. By denying us the means to properly enjoy our drinks, the McDonald's in Sutton robbed us of a fundamental aspect of the dining experience, further compounding their already abysmal track record.
In conclusion, the litany of errors committed by the staff at the McDonald's in Sutton is an affront to the principles of customer service and reflects an alarming lack of professionalism. The absence of ice, the half-filled cups, the missing pickles, and the forgotten straws collectively paint a picture of a restaurant that has forsaken its commitment to excellence. It is my fervent hope that this review serves as a call to action for McDonald's to address these systemic failures and uphold the highest standards of service for the sake of their...
Read moreI will not be reviewing the food, because it's McDonald's and literally everyone in the country has eaten it already and thought it was mildly edible.
They have way too many people waiting to collect food for the delivery apps, like Deliveroo and Uber Eats. There's nothing fast about being behind 20 people in the queue who take up loads of room with their cooler bags and motorcycle gear. There's an endless stream of them, so there's always a long wait for your food no matter the time of day. I wish McDonald's would ban them, or somehow process their orders separately and prioritize their normal customers.
I don't go McDonald's often - perhaps 5 or 6 times a year. The problems caused by the food delivery apps, like long wait times, no parking spots and a crowded foyer, are enough to reduce that to zero times a year.
Ironically, the experience is so bad that if I desperately needed McDonald's food, I would probably order it via an app.
Oh yeah, they also have...
Read moreEvery time I go there, there is always a problem. I go through the drive-thur at night. No one at the window after waiting at the intercom. I go to the second window, because there is no at the first window. Man, behind the second, tell me to reverse back to the first window after waiting 10 minutes. I order my food. I pick up my food. I park up. There's items missing. I can't be bothered to go back cause it's 4 o'clock at night and the experience previously waiting on my food.
I go there the week after, through the drive-thur I go. I order my food. I go to the second window to pick up my food. I wait ar the second window. I wait so long vehicles behind me are beep at me. Instead of asking me to move to a parking space going outside and drop it to me at a parking space. 4 o'clock in the morning.
The last time I went, I went to the intercom. Sorry, we are cashing up. I apologise for the delay, it's gonna be approximately 10 minutes. I drove off. Couldn't be...
