Before the refurb it was aok. Now that itâs had a refurb like other chains, ones Iâve been in, thereâs always someone to serve and âorder numberâ takes 5min max. I went into this branch at 125am. Ok I noticed was semi busy and most customers were using the touchscreen terminals, I ignored them. I went to the till. Customer in front of me was ordering, decided to wash my hands-toilets had thrown paper on the walls high up and looked to have dried up...hmmm. Came back out and was still the same customer being served. They got their order taken and the server went. I was waiting to be served for almost 5mins while other staff were âall over the placeâ and the server joined them. Eventually I got served, wanted a big tasty meal and milkshake with my meal. I said no cheese, usually staff ask before button pressed bacon or not, question wasnât asked. I said then with bacon, server pulled a face, was altered, then I asked for shake, sorry no shakes, so I asked for cappuccino, then changed my mind to a iced drink-again pulled a face. Got my ticket at 135am evm big tasty no cheese, with bacon and iced drink. Staff all over the place (bear in mind itâs early hours), eventually got my meal at 155am. Burger had indeed no cheese but no bacon. Rest of my meal was fine. While eating my meal other customers had a long wait to be served and indeed to get their meal. Tut tut early hours service compared to other branches. I wonât be going back there...

I always order through the app because itâs more convenient. But this is probably the last time, as your staff are stealing food. Iâm not the only one. Service = 0. If you want to feed their staff without your knowledge, order takeaway and you will be deceived. Check your order before leaving the counter!
