It was a rather unfortunate day for me going to the hospital with the kid. While I was waiting for my wife and son to come over, decided to pop over the Costa Coffee near the back of the hospital. You wouldn't notice that there was one! They really need more signs outside.
Anyway, the place was in a bit of a mess. There are tables that look like they haven't been tidied up for hours, and it just gave a bad impression to an otherwise would be nicely ambient interior.
The baristas though were very nice! Actually made that specific day easier for me. It makes a big difference when someone gives you a genuine smile, and before leaving asking you if there was anything else they can help you with.
Coffee is good! Price is not bad, and I won't hesitate to grab another cuppa when I drop by Ealing Hospital again (hopefully never! Service is non-existent! But that's for another review for...
