Walked in this morning and got spoken to in an extremely rude tone. Very patronising behaviour from the guy behind the till. Asked me how i was i said "im fine thanks" smiled at him. He then continued with 'oh u didnt ask me how i was, I'm fine thank you for asking, how nice of you" it's very patronising and rude. I didn't want to cause a scene so i chose not to react but i felt very uncomfortable. It's shocking that he doesnt know the basics of customer service. I ordered from Just eats and the driver would attempt to hand the order over with the drink dripping out everywhere. When I called the restaurant after ordering twice in a row with the same issue, the employer was defensive and told me to not order again after sharing my concerns with them. Staple of the area. Always consistently great and delicious breakfast, good portions, unlike some others. Is what it is. Provides a solid brekky, none of that artisan fancy nonsense with one of everything on the plate and even that will be miniature. Good stuff, recommend here over...
