A lovely safe place to just amble among nature. The gardens are so pretty and well maintained with plants and flowers of all descriptions, if like me you love photographing nature there is an abundance of subject matter. There are lakes and ponds with lots of wildlife to observe. There is a great place to buy something to eat, lots of seating to sit even to take your own packed lunch. Beautiful well looked tended flower garden tucked away in the middle of Peckham Rye park with a cute little water feature in the middle. Apart from the seasonal changes from crocuses in early spring to spectacular tulips on to wonderfully scented roses in summer one of the best features in my view are the little hideaway seating areas hidden away in the far corners covered in climbers.
