Left a review on just eat but as the owner Zeeshan Akbar decided to leave me a nasty reply I have decided to leave reviews on all platforms it's a shame he feels the need to be nasty to customers after being given an overly generous 3.5 out of 5 for what we received was still overly generous on my behalf.

Zeeshan remember customer service always! customers have access to so much social media and are essentially your marketing you're a new business don't be rude to your customers learn from criticism 3.5 out of 5 is still still generous after 3 deserts went straight in the bin! A cake criticism on a cake that you don't even make its brought in so maybe talk to your supplier.

I'm so disappointed I have always supported local and love to see young people flourish in business but I'm utterly shocked and saddened that replying back to customers with rude comments is the way you wish to carry...

On NYE, my order arrived late, (understandably due to being a busy night) I called to check on the time of arrival and was told the driver would be with me shortly. I was also told the manager would call me the next day to apologise. The manager didn't just apologise but compensated me without me even complaining or making a fuss. An honest humble man wanting to rectify an issue which was out of his hands. I am very grateful and pleased with the service. The staff are all very professional and considerate. Thank you so much. Again, much appreciated. My children are extremely happy...

Absolute terrible customer service! My daughter waited over 2 hrs for a delivery and when she wrote them a review saying this, they have blacklisted her from ordering there!
