Mineiro Cafe 63 — Restaurant in London

Stopped by for a coffee as I’ve walked past here many times but never tried it. No frills place and the prices are very reasonable. Seemed like a good selection of cakes and pastries, and hot food offerings too. Probably would go back to try something sweet (limited hot food options I could try because of dietary restrictions) but the coffee wasn’t great and that’s what I was there for. I think the beans they use are more suited to black drinks - espresso, Americano etc. Most other customers seemed to have one. Not strong enough in a coffee with milk though.

Breakfast bacon sausage etc £4.99 to 5.99 bacon sandwiches from £2.99 to £3.99 , cake slices such as carrot cake or chocolate cake £3, pasteis, they do hamburgers £3.29- 3.99, chips £1.50, tapioca £3.50.

The cafe at 2pm Sunday is busy, three small tables at ground level, a few small tables for two people outside, pretty flowers by outside tables, a fridge with Coke, Fanta, bottled water, Lipton, juice cartons, cans of guarana.

There are more tables and toilets downstairs.

Nice little place. Food is authentic Brazilian. So I think it's great for that. Other than that and if you're not Brazilian, it also serves English breakfast. Downstairs is a dining area though it's unclear when or how that works. It's almost as if it's a different restaurant separate from the cafe. If you don't know it's there, you won't see it. Ground floor seating is quite limited, two tables for four people in total with more seating outside. But again, it's great for Brazilian...
