Palm Island Lounge — Local services in London

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been too ( I’ve been to many) We had our reservation booked for 7:00pm and didn’t get our food till 10pm! Every hour we would get told your food is coming in 15 minutes and it wouldn’t turn up. We had to take away our meal in the end, which took another half an hour to package up …we had to stand by the till to make sure we even got our take away food or it probably would have taken longer. To add to the poor experience there was an event in the restaurant, which led to speeches. During the speeches the restaurant stopped the music and went quiet so we felt required to whisper during our own conversation. There should be a separate function room that doesn’t interrupt your other customers experience and time and the restaurant. The toilets were filthy. And the customer service is ridiculous as we didn’t get a single thing free or discounted for wasting 3 hours of our time at this restaurant when we could have eaten somewhere else that runs efficiently. Infact we barely got an apology. We spent nearly £100 on rubbish. I highly do NOT recommend visiting this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere where there is good service...

5 star place. Met the owner who humbly served us and we had several conversations with him. He was Kind, respectful and relatable.

This is the first Ghanaian restaurant in Harlesden in several years and it is here to stay. I admire what this restaurant is doing for the Afro-Carribean community. Long have we been crying out for a Ghanaian restaurant in the ends and God has answered our prayers. Palm island lounge is a vibe. The food is delicious, the ambiance is top tier. The hospitality is great, the owner’s customer service was brilliant. Honestly, we enjoyed our time. Money well spent and our tastebuds were satisfied.

I recommend everyone to try the Palm island lounge because it will surely be a great experience. Keep shining you man and to many more years of good vibes at palm...

We went there on a Saturday night after a wedding, we found the place on Google, I love eating Wakye so was looking for some Wakye to eat after the wedding and this place dose not look like the Normal Ghanaian Restaurant, It was very Beautiful and Quite The guy on the Bar with his girlfriend served me , Well we were mainly Served by the lady and I bet her Ghanaians Food Restaurant always delay and she said Not at their Restaurant and she gave me 10mins which I know a Normal Ghanaian Restaurant always say that but they always go Over the 10mins to 30 to 45mins , the Food came early than the 10mins and She was like gotcha You !!! Which actually shocked and Surprised me for a Ghanaian restaurant to go by their time
