My Favourite Cafe — Restaurant in London

It's a shame that I have to select 1 star minimum here because this café doesn't deserve a rating at all.

Our order had some specific requests so we called the café after ordering online and spoke to the staff to confirm they understood our order. She read it back to us and all seemed fine.

1 out of 2 of our breakfast orders were not even included when the food arrived. On top of that the food that did arrive was cold. We had stated on the online order and on the phone that we want pots of sauce and instead we received small amounts of sauce squirted on the food.

The worst part was the handling of the situation when we called to explain what had happened with the missing breakfast. Instead of agreeing to send another order, we were told that they were too busy because their manager is absent. We were asked "what can I do?" by the staff.

Really bad experience and really ruined our bank holiday morning, avoid this place...

Working in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to bump into this cafe just when I was beginning to think I would have to reside to have a cold sandwich from the local mini market. At first glance, it doesn't look too inviting. Once inside, it felt better. The food is Bob on for a workman's cafe, the staff are super friendly to add, the food is at a very reasonable price considering the area and that's the reasons for the 5 stars. Its one for recording on Google...

The best. Never had a poor food delivery from them. Always piping hot. Great quality. A proper cafe that's not pretentious. Good portions and great prices. I have had everything from a Full English breakfast, jacket potatoes with cheese and bacon, sausage rolls, bacon rolls, chips, and burgers from them. Highly recommended if you want proper feel good food that filld you up.
