Sutton and Sons — Restaurant in London

Second week in a row now the food has been awful. Been a loyal fan for years both going to the shop and buying online. Last week the chips where undercooked and some a little hard. This week took 45/50 mins from placing the order to getting it delivered. X2 regular chips 1 there were hardly any chips and mainly scraps so my partner gave me some of his. Both portions still undercooked.

We also ordered 5 chicken tenders that usually come in a longer branded box. What we go was a smaller branded box with 7 tiny bits of I would say chicken but more like shredded chicken if that with mainly just breadcrumbs with hardly any chicken inside. They used to be big and tasted amazing but now just fried bread crumbs with a shred of chicken. The 1 sausage we got was undercooked and pink inside. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed as suttons and sons Essex roads food used to be so much better than this. The reason we stopped going into the shop was due to the loud music and because of the loud music had to repeat our order multiple times. Honestly Sutton and sons have really gone down hill and for the price you would expect better quality and service. Never ordering...
