Very poor service told to come back in one hour to find no table had been reserved. Spoke to manager to be told no Nandos takes bookings and we have no choice but to wait. Rude manager.
Sub standard treatment to customers, one to avoid, had mo choice as a birthday meal.
Cannot warn enough stay away from this place, they have no idea how to treat customers.
Entrance door blocked with people waiting, breach of fire regulations blocking an entrance.
At 19.50 we were put on a table which was a table plonked onto a booth, sat in the walkway, blocking yet another fire route.
Very poor management, ruined the day, ended up with my daughter in tears, a ruined birthday.
Let us see what the food turns out like, as a party of 12 we had no choice but to stay.
Ordered food at 2005, all at our table got their food apart from 3 people, even though we ordered 3 minutes after the second group of people.
Ended up with all our group finishing their meal before their food arrived. Had to call over a member of staff to find out why their was such a delay.
One arrived at 2032 then another at 2036 then the last came out at 2038. Very poor service all round.
At the end of our meal a young lady came over and offered free deserts as an apology.
A nice gesture from the young lady, sadly the damage had already been done, the upset had already taken place, just a shame that the manager let his own restaurant down in the first place.
At the start we were told we had no choice... now I have a choice, my choice... I won't return to this...

We were seated with no issues and ordered our food as usual but unfortunately when the chips arrived they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, it appeared the table next to us had the same issue and had to ask for replacement chips. When the replacement arrived it was the same problem, I decided to take the bowl to the manager.
When I told her the issue, she looked at the bowl and said the chips were fine and not burnt. I explained that this was not the normal Nando's standard we were used to and opened up a chip which clearly demonstrated it was raw inside. She said that this was how Nando's cook there chips and this how they should be cooked, in a very rude and unhelpful manner. I was pretty shocked at this point, I've never experienced such bad customer service, which I pointed out to her! She proceeded to tell me that actually I was wrong "my customer service is actually great madam", interesting, I did point out that it was probably the Customers who should make that decision but again I was told I was wrong about that too!
She did eventually offer a refund or a swap of the side, by then I knew my food would have gone cold back at the table and she had put me off completely from eating there. I told her not to bother with the refund!

Read more🚨 Ruhan fake manager has a terrible attitude 🚨What a terrible behaviour My family and I decided to have dinner at Nando’s Great North Leisure We arrive at 21:45 we stay be the door about 10 minutes all the staff keep staring at us it was my , 2kids, mum and dad waking with 2 crutches after a while a guy came over start saying we can not accept you as we don’t have the staff to serve you but on the other hand he gave me a look his refusal for my old dad waking with 2 crutches I asked him still more than an hour and refusing us he said yes you leave or I call the security, for what reason he was to call the security , I am an owner of 4 Resturant’s which hospitality is my main job and passion I never treated a customer in that way , he did not shame he is sending us away with an old man limping
I asked for a manager to speak to he pretended he is the manager as I found out he is a supervisor his name is RUHAN I have recorded a video to proof he refused us for no reason I really felt so bad and humiliated in front of my family and your dinners to be treated in that way
