I had the pleasure of visiting the South Harrow Nando's yesterday due to my local branch experiencing a temporary closure. Despite the unexpected change in plans, I couldn't have been more impressed with the exceptional service provided, particularly by Manager, Jennelle.
From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff were under pressure, yet they managed to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Jennelle, in particular, stood out for her remarkable professionalism and grace under pressure. Despite dealing with the challenges of managing two stores simultaneously, she handled every situation with a smile and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Jennelle's leadership was truly exemplary. She not only ensured that every customer was attended to promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure that everyone's dining experience was enjoyable. Her ability to remain calm and composed in the face of adversity is a testament to her dedication and management skills.
I was thoroughly impressed by the entire team at South Harrow Nando's. Despite the stress and pressure of a busy Friday evening, they worked together seamlessly to deliver outstanding service. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and their passion for excellence shines through in every interaction.

Was ignored or dismissed when approaching staff to query how long and when a member of staff finally acknowledged query I was told there is no order waiting for table 6. When I relayed what my order was he came back with a dry luke warm pitta, mash potato that had formed a hard grey crust from sitting under a warming plate excessively and black eyed peas that I hadnt order when I told him this he said I should accept the rest he will get my chips. I expressed that the food was barely warm he admitted it had been sitting under a warming light for about 10mins but I thing longer ! I asked for a refund and was told he doesn't give refunds, he will make the order again I said I haven't got time to wait another half an hour. He refused to refund and came back less than 10mins later with a take away order I tried to communicate the dis-service to a rude unprofessional manager IGOR who obviously didn't want to be there he shrugged and said there was only 2 staff on, dismissed the complaint and walked off. I will be contacting Nandos head office for a refund. I was robbed I paid for food that was inedible, was insulted by being brush of with an unwanted take away and inconveniently wasted nearly an hour in Nandos and left hungry. Read moreI’ve been ordering Nando’s from Deliveroo which the service has been very fast and prompt Juliana Has been excellent Manager I cannot eat breast meat only soft meat and I give her a call and call can I have two legs? At the same time she throws me in five wings. I currently soft meat not hard meat. She has excellent customer service could see she’s a great potential in Nando’s and an asset to the company. She listens to the client and the customer and provide whatever service that she can accommodate them, she’s a wonderful person. She also answered the phone with a great manner I believe She could bring a lot to Lando. I’ll be an excellent area manager providing your service great one of the best. I’ve been eating in Nando’s for nearly 20 years and I’ve never experience this kind of service. Juliana has provided the most beyond service as a person can think of, I would also leave a review on Deliveroo as I had ordered from Deliveroo Thank you so much and I wish you the very best and success in this company as you are a great acid to this company.
