Nando's Uxbridge — Restaurant in London

I m regularly customer at nandos Uxbridge and in many other locations. I have always been treated with respect and always cordial, except in Uxbridge by the manager call Camil. The first bad experience it was horrible, and coincidentally after couple of weeks after rating 5 stars at Google reviews and mentioned Connor as an outstanding staff, on which after last Saturday 25/01/25 I have decided to delete the reviews just now as again the treatment by Camil just put us off to go to the restaurant. The first bad experience: As me and my family of 5 people walked in he sat us on the table downstairs near under the stairs, on which the table was small for all of us 5 people having 5 plates and the plates with food and some extras that we ordered, so when the main food came we asked a member of the staff if we could take a empty single table that was next to us and put against our table so that we could have a way of putting all the plates to eat , the staff was very kind and did what we were asking, after a moment Camil came and started saying but not politely that we could not have that table like that and started talking our plates very rude away and put the table away from us not even gave us time to try to figure it out how we could do it, as it was impossible and he was the one that gave us that table without thinking that wouldn't git 5 people, the explanation was that it was a fire route in case of emergency, but it wouldn't block people passing by, I m attaching a picture,then again bad attitude last Saturday when we indeed got a good table upstairs and as we always do, not just in Uxbridge when Camil is not in charge but every other Nandos, I went to get the drinks plus some portions of olive plus garlic cheese pitta bread, while the rest of the family was ordering the main food at the table online, and again rudely he refused to give the drinks as I wasn't ordering the main course, what a find it estrange as I have being doing it many times in Uxbridge and everywhere else in Nandos, what if I finish my drink and would like another one; do I have to order it again with a main course as I m having it?...He is just a such pain difficulting our evening and being rude, we just can't believe a person with such bad attitude is a manager and have this kind of behaviour towards the customers. I really hope this kind of situation gets sorted as we love to continue to visit the Uxbridge branch, as we have been served by Connor in the past and Dylan on last Saturday on which he was spot on except Camil(manager).Hope to hear back from you. kind...

While I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Nando's, I do feel it necessary to mention one minor disappointment. As an emergency worker, I would have appreciated a discount or some form of acknowledgment for the vital services provided by those in my profession. While this did not diminish the quality of the food or service, it would have been a gesture that resonated with the community spirit that Nando's often promotes.

In conclusion, Nando's provided a delightful culinary experience with its mouthwatering peri-peri chicken, flavorful sides, and warm ambiance. The staff's exceptional service truly made the visit memorable. Please dont go for my words specially in uxbridge Nandos, check first of all you will find the dirty sticky tables, secondly check the dirty cutlery, plates and glasses. I visited here after a long time paid for my meal and confirmed from a lady called Ruby she said the payment has gone through, waited for my meal and finally got my meal through a gentleman called Dilan, I dont know why he was in low mood and nasty face, just put the food on the table and went. As soon as we started our meal the lady called Ruby came and politly said that the payment hasn't gone through. I stood up to go with her to pay but she said that don't worry pay us later after finishing your meal. Soon after 5 minutes we were approched by a lady called kate repeating the same as Ruby. We said we know let us finish our meal and we will pay. She went off. Within the next 5 minutes again this rude and nasty gentlemen called Dilan appeared again with the paying machiene and tried to be rude and unproffessional repeating that you have to pay us now.I was very upset and also surprised that is he trying to be a gangster or he is begging us to pay because he was acting so rude and unprofessional as he himself has been raised on the streets where nobody can be trusted. Belive me we did not enjoy our meal at all. He stood there and not let us finish our meal despite being told that ok could you please leave we are coming. We do have some self respect than thease uxbridge Nandos staff beggers. Hence he stood there until my son had to leave his food and go with him. He spoke to Jags a temporary manager who was kind enough to let us finish our meal. But we did not enjoy our meal at all. We will never go to uxbridge dirty Nandos to see the unprofessional and rude staff in uxbridge. Shame on the dirty owner who hires staff...
