Discrimination and I can not believe the manager has the audacity blames us for not checking the takeaway order. Dad is loosing his eyesight and they blamed him for not checking the orded properly and to wear his glasses...he doesn't wear his glasses as he is is partially going blind. They expect us to do their job for him.
1st time- ordered a £50 order, went to collect the order and went home assuming everything was there and realised approximately £10 worth of food was there..
Having driven back to complain the manager flips the situation and blame us for not checking before we left... The staff work and prepare the order and therefore they should be doing their job correctly!! They should not employ people who can no get the orders correct.
2nd time i order from the same branch thinking it may have been a one off mistake... they did the same again! The manager blames us again for not checking. Nandos did not take any responsibility for their own actions and mistakes. I can not believe the manager could have the audacity to to blame customers and not take any responsibility for themselves.
We customers are doing their job for them to make sure the take away order is correct... when the nandos staff should ensure that every order is correct before the order goes out!
Terrible place to order.. and the wait for a table is extremely long...30mins or more...

I could say I’ve eaten out at a lot of Nandos’ but this one is my favourite and ‘home’ nandos- although I live half an hour away. The food is always delicious, the chips are crispy and it’s always up to standard.
Moving on to the staff. The staff here are all amazing. Working at such a busy place and keeping a smile throughout the day? Well done guys. It’s a friendly environment and although I live half an hour away- I don’t visit my local Nandos anymore- I’m always at this one! The customer service is beyond exceptional!
Gino, Berkan and Taha- my absolute favourites! They are always so productive and definitely stand out with the speed they’re working at! They are the main reason why my experience here is such a positive experience! The friendly atmosphere they have created has made us their loyal customers! Thank you guys, you are all amazing individuals and work amazingly as part of a team!
Overall, I definitely recommend my ‘home’ Nandos, as you wouldn’t be let down! The food is always up to standard- no doubt!

Read moreI Don't like to write a poor review but I was not at all pleased with my time here. After a long wait for a table out the front (it was busy) of the store, we asked a member of staff roughy how long we may have left, coz it was over the time said, he went to check, only to come back to clean another table outside... Completely ignoring us. Once if only half our food arrived. We asked the same member of staff where it was coz half the table had finished, to which he said 5/10mins. 15+ there was no sign of the food, we spoke to the manager who went round the back to get the meals that had been forgotten. This was both our table and the couple sat next to us. After us then being late for our next plan, the best he can offer was frozen yogurt or free starter next time we are back.... We won't be, I'll go somewhere that I don't have to spend more time calming a hangry Girlfriend and more time eating!
