New Ruby Belvedere — Restaurant in London

DO NOT ORDER FROM BEW RUBY! Only gave one star as it would let me give 0!!! This restaurant firstly sent me out rice with peas in when I had specifically said please DO NOT put peas in it as I have an allergy!! Then whilst trying to have some of my chow mein I bit into a chicken bone that was about 2 inches long! This is disgusting and should not of happened! When I phoned the restaurant I was told because I paid online I could not have my money back but they would send me new food! I would NEVER eat from here again and refused the food! I now and £20 down and having to order from somewhere else!...

I have to give a star although it deserves 0. Tasteless Singapore noodles which were not even seasoned. No meat and barely any veg in it. Salt and pepper squid like rubber with batter that just tasted of flour. Vile. Ordered for 6pm and it arrived at 5.15pm. Called to complain and got nowhere except to tell me that the owner does the cooking and that next time I order I need to ask for seasoning and flavour. Next time? There is no chance of a next time. Selected this due to some good reviews....whoever says this is good need their taste buds checked out! Vile tasteless...

We have been ordering from this restaurant for years. They did not fail once, the food is always great quality and fresh. I am left wanting more all the time whilst licking my fingers. I hope they never change their cook! Customer service is also always good, kind and polite when delays occur. Totally try the king prawn salt and pepper appetizer or any of their all in ones.
