Went on a date night (actually it was afternoon) on 09/11/2025.
In short if I had to use one word for the entire review it would be elegance.
This place far exceeded any expectations I had and the entire time there was perfect.
Our chief waitress was a charming young lady called Sara who gracefully glided through the establishment. After being promptly seated we had our order taken with full explanation to what we were ordering.
Despite being insanely busy with a queue outside the door Sara ensured our drinks and food came swiftly.
Of note despite seeing Sara's professionally behaviour towards us, my date & I were able to see her deal with a difficult customer who clearly wanted to obtuse for the sake of it.
Sare remained cool, calm and firm in her service of the belligerent individual. A great display of polite and professional service in two different scenarios.
Mention must also go to Khizar who ably assisted Sara, they both worked together seamlessly like synchronised swimmers, not intrusive but ensuring our experience went well.
The food order was the three meat Sunday roast. This is NOT a meal; it's a FEAST, it cannot be finished unless you eat for two.
The meats are to die for, the brisket melted in the mouth and all accompaniments complimented everything perfectly.
I almost had to dial 999 (only joking) when I was told they had no ice cream but Sara's recommendation of white chocolate cheesecake with mango sauce and crushed pistachios was just heavenly.
The drinks are cool and trendy tasting awesome and the review would not be complete without mentioning the simple but mesmerising water feature.
The price clearly reflects the freshness of the products and the size of the portions, reassuring they happily accept Amex.
In summary, this is a modern, stylish and trendy place to visit. Whilst Sara & Khizar are mentioned all staff there must be recognised in ensuring a beautiful service start to end.
To end I shamelessly steal a YouTube food bloggers line "if you can't take a date, take a mate"
P.S. As for my date,...
Read moreWasn’t worth the hype unfortunately. When we entered we were told straight away that there was a table literally ready ready for us just needed cleaning and it would take about 5/10min which to us was great to hear because my partner and I was starving. However every so often they’d look at us and say sorry just another 10mins, up until the point we waited up to 50mins which we probably shouldn’t have done and just left and gone elsewhere, we were very tempted until my partner expressed it was taking very long just for a table for two. They were very busy and the place is quite small however being lied to about the wait time was not nice, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re willing to wait 40 mins to an hour just for a table. Now for the food, because we waited basically an hour to be seated at this point we weren’t even hungry we were very restless and annoyed. I ordered the Sunday Roast Trio and my partner ordered the Chicken Supreme. We expressed to the waiters because we waited so long to be seated if they could make the food as quickly as possible and it took 15 mins to get to us and honestly the portion of my food was great however my partners portion wasn’t and the food actually came a bit cold. Flavour and taste was great I will give them that, the meat was very tender and the veg tasted amazing, paired great with the trio meat. The chicken supreme however wasn’t the greatest it was okay but considering the price of these two meals it definitely didn’t feel worth it. Plus the Coke we ordered along with it was £4 and tasted so horrible and cheap DONT GET THE COLA. In terms of the service from the waiters, considering it was quite busy and hectic they were very nice to us and polite and apologised several times due to the wait. But we still don’t appreciate being lied to about waiting on a table. Would I say it worth coming here… I honestly don’t know if you’re looking to have a Sunday Roast this place did have a great one but considering wait time you gotta be prepared to really wait for it so don’t come...

There’s a new brunch spot in Walthamstow that will be going viral soon once people discover it (I’m sure of it!) - @itsnourlondon . When I found out the chef behind the menu is the incredible @tiberius.tudor , I knew everything was going to be exceptional.
The space itself is stunning. One of those rare places that’s aesthetically beautiful AND serves amazing food.

Harissa Chicken Schnitzel – perfectly crisp panko, with juicy chicken marinated in their signature harissa. Served with creamy potato salad, charred corn ribs (so so delicious!) and a fiery nduja mayo. This was my favourite.
Oak Smoked Brisket – tender, smoky paired beautifully with chimichurri, roasted sweet potato and pink pickled onions.
Nour Sunrise Feast – the ultimate brunch plate with a mix of everything! The sausage was so tasty!!
Mascarpone French Toast – soft, indulgent brioche layered with mascarpone, pecans, agave syrup and poached pear. Perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The flavours were balanced beautifully.
The Strawberry Matcha deserves a special shoutout - so fresh and delicious!!
Honestly, Nour is that spot that everyone will be talking about soon. Incredible food, gorgeous space and serious attention to detail. Already planning my next visit...
